در این پکیج یک پروژه مجتمع مسکونی ۷ طبقه بر منطق یک پروژه ی اجرایی از دستور نقشه روند طراحی آن تا اتمام طراحی و خروجی نقشه های فازیک و دو معماری آموزش داده می شود. نکته قابل توجه این پکیج روند طراحی است, زیرا هیچ طرح از پیش تعیین شده ای برای این مجتمع مسکونی درنظر گرفته نشده تا شما روند طراحی را با چالش های طراحی در این پروژه یاد بگیرید. چالش هایی که همواره موانعی را برای حل طراحی پروژه ایجاد میکند همانند ستون گذاری , ضوایط و مقررات طراحی , خواسته های کارفرما , مبلمان و چیدمان , تامین پارکینگ و ..این چالش های در حین آموزش باعث می شود که مدرس و طراح این پروژه بارها به تغییر پلان و طرح در این پروژه بپردازد. پس شما با روند طراحی یک پروژه واقعی مواجه هستید نه صرفا مدلسازی و فازدو یک پروژه ی از قبل طراحی شده و این امر باعث می شود که دانشجویان این دوره روند طراحی یک پروژه بر منطق اجرایی را فرا گیرند.

این پکیج آموزشی براساس نوین ترین و پیشرفته ترین منطق طراحی یعنی سیستم طراحی BIM صورت میگرد. لذا با دوره ی این پکیج دیگر مجبور نیستید بر اساس سیستم قدیمی طراحی دو بعدی CAD روند طراحی پروژه را در نرم افزار اتوکد انجام دهید و ساعت ها وقت بگذارید تا به یک نقشه دوبعدی اتوکد دست پیدا کنید! زیرا مدلسازی BIM این امکان را به شما می دهد که نقشه های دوبعدی پلان نما برش دیتیل و مدل سه بعدی پروژه به صورت همزمان صورت گیرد, و به ویرایشات همزمان و هوشمند دوبعدی و سه بعدی دست پیدا خواهی کرد و در نتیجه میتوانید کل پروژه را متره براورد مصالح کنید. بر این اساس پس از دوره ی این پکیج به شما ضمانت میدهیم که نقشه کشی در اتوکد دیگر برایتان کاری دشوار وقت گیر , مضحک و خنده دار شود!
شرح مختصر پروژه تدریس شده:
پروژه ای که در این پکیج که روند طراحی مدلسازی و فازدو آن انجام می شود یک مجتمع مسکونی ۷ طبقه است. ساختار این پروژه به گونه ایست که از لحاظ طراحی پیچیدگی و چالش های زیادی دارد. طبقه همکف شامل یک واحد تجاری و یک تک واحدی سه خوابه است , تیپ طبقات در هرطبقه یک واحد تک خوابه , یک واحد دوخوابه و یک واحد سه خوابه در نظر گرفته شده است. این مجتمع نیز دارای دو طبقه زیرزمین میباشد که هر دو طبقه پارکینگ درنظرگرفته شده است. بر همین اساس از لحاظ طراحی و ضوابط این پروژه چالش های بسیاری دارد. مدلسازی کامل پروژه بر اساس جزئیات به صورت کامل صورت میگیرد. حتی لایه های نازک کاری دیوارها و کف سقف و …طراحی داخلی نما و محوطه نیز انجام می شود. شیت بندی فاز یک و فازدو تمامی پلان های طبقات, شیت بندی دیتیل های فازدو اجرایی , نقشه های طراحی داخلی و طراحی نما، متره برآورد مصالح و … همگی آموزش داده می شود.فرض کنید میخواهید یک پروژه را بر طبق واقعیت با تمامی جزئیات بسازید زیرا تمامی جزئیات مدلسازی و طراحی می شود. و این خاصیت مدلسازی پروژه بر اساس BIM است.
این دوره برای چه کسانی مناسب است:
کلیه ی شرکت ها و دفاتر مهندسی ساختمان که میخواهند اتوکد و سیستم طراحی کد را کنار بگذارند و روند طراحی شرکت خود را به سیستم bim بروزرسانی کنند
کسانی که قبلا دوره آرشیکد مقدماتی (حداقل دوره شماره 1) را به صورت کلاس مجازی و یا حضوری گزرانده اند و میخواهند نحوه ی بستن یک پروژه صفر تا صد را در آرشیکد بیاموزند.
کسانی که می خواهند روند طراحی یک پروژه ی اجرای را به صورت صفر تا صد با چالش های طراحی همراه با ضوابط نظام مهندسی یاد بگیرند
تدریس در این دوره توسط چه کسی انجام می شود:
