You have projects like swell with over a billion dollars in total value locked and they do not have a roadmap, same with their largest competitor etherfi also I don't believe they have a road map.
These are projects with billions of dollars in total value locked no road map it's outdated in my opinion

Look I understand the criticism with regards to the roadmap however a lot of projects are not using roadmaps anymore because it puts unnecessary stress on the team to try to hit those deadlines and goals.
When a lot of the times the delays are issues are outside of the team's control such as audits, partnerships and deal delays etc so I've noticed a lot of different projects have stopped relying on the " " roadmap as much as they used to
