Lönnrunes - Face Runes
We know the Germanic Runes have several variations. Most of us are familiar with the Edler & Younger Futhark, we talked a while ago about Staveless Runes here. But there's another that was extremely interesting, Lönnrunes meaning Secret Runes, or what we will call Face-Runes, or you could even call them Nordic emojis.
These were from a Runic Relic (N B384) in the above picture, found in Bergen, Norway. Though the relic shows little faces, the have a secret meaning. Each of the hairs of the beards holds a cypher which we will post after this. To the untrained eye, this just looks like little doodles, but they're like the Horns of Gallehus, a way to send secret messages.
The relic itself is broken and is very unique encoding Younger Futhark. So what is N B384's message?

How first atheists reinterpreted myth
Early atheists-philosophers had issues with mythology. To them it was a superstition to be reformed or abandoned outright. The latter, more radical option was less popular since the majority of the Greeks were still religious. Thus atheists started small by targeting more fantastical myths. For example the birth of Dionysus. Son of Zeus and mortal Semele Dionysus was still in his mother’s womb when Zeus’ wife Hera in her jealousy tricked Semele into making Zeus kill her. Dionysus (still a fetus) was saved by his father who sewed him into his thigh and in a way, gave birth to Dionysus himself. It’s definitely a peculiar story, one ancient atheists tried to reinterpret.

Kult vs Cult
A Kult (the historical term) is dedicated worship to a singular diety, whilst not denying the others, nor the legends. An example of this would be the Kult of Athena.
A Cult, by contrast, is the modernized definition which basically means a new spiritual sect following a leader(s) and the teachings of said leader(s), which abandons or rewrites traditional faith usually with bad intentions or results. An example is the heavens gate Cult. In antiquity, the Orphean Cult would fall under this category.
K Kults and C Cults exist now and in antiquity. Knowing the difference early on is the best safeguard against heretical beliefs, but also to prevent falling victim to those who seek personal power and praise at your expense.
An example of Pagan marriage not really being about love, but rather duty and family honor. Even Helen of Troy didn’t choose her husband.

Pagan marriage is not build on love
Ancients, who were far smarter than us, realized that a marriage is not a unity of individuals, but of families. Hence the almost complete lack of divorces in the old days, because instead of your own reputation and honor taking a hit, you would be shaming your entire clan. A high-trust society can’t be built on individualism. When marriage is about two individuals and their feelings it can break easily. An individual has a much easier time breaking the vows and staining his own reputation because of muh feels. When this keeps happening it ruins the very idea of vows and leads to large-scale collapse of trust.

Anon starts to learn about The Persian Connection. In this case, the word for heaven was inverted into the underworld. The good becoming evil & vice-versa.

A Belarusian interviewed from a collection of ethnographic research conducted from 1992 to 2012 and preserved in U.Lobach’s 2013 monograph (think about those numbers). Clearly the interviewee considered major christian figures to be different Gods. The icons seen in the church which featuring saints, angels and jesus were used to support the claim. Such profound misunderstanding of christian doctrine is yet another proof of the superficial character of christianization in Europe (especially Eastern parts of it).
While coming from Reddit pagan aka not a pagan at all, the sentiment is common among the real deal guys, especially those in US. Honestly, I have no solution. The issues is far too complex to solve on one’s own. In a better world we’d never have to deal with it.
