The channel "Al-Arabiya" citing the official page of the command of the 6th Mechanized Division of the Sudanese Armed Forces reports that on September 30 in the city of El Fasher, servicemen of the division destroyed a large number of Colombian and Ukrainian mercenaries who fought in the ranks of the Rapid Support Forces.

"Our forces inflicted heavy losses on foreign mercenaries, among whom were Colombians and Ukrainians trying to enter the city of El Fasher and take positions on high-rise buildings. Among the eliminated mercenaries were specialists in UAVs, electronic warfare systems, as well as snipers. In addition to the mentioned mercenaries, several members of the RSF command staff were destroyed in the Karkar area to the east of El Fasher," said a statement by a senior Sudanese military official to the RIA News agency
