RNZ earlier revealed a police investigation was under way into suspected breaches of sanctions against Russia.

On Monday, police confirmed raids had been carried out in Auckland, Christchurch and Melbourne in relation to a "joint law enforcement investigation" into suspected breaches of sanctions against Russia.

📝Перестройка Россотрудничества📝

Российское агентство, отвечающее за «мягкую силу», продолжает формировать новую команду управленцев. Сегодня Владимир Путин назначил референта Управления общественных проектов АП Алексея Клещева заместителем руководителя Россотрудничества.

🔻С прошлого года идёт планомерная перестройка всей системы, занимающейся продвижением российских интересов за рубежом.

▪️В августе 2025-го в АП появилось Управление по стратегическому партнёрству и сотрудничеству — на месте двух упразднённых. В октябре его возглавил Вадим Титов, десять лет продвигавший проекты Росатома за рубежом.

▪️В апреле 2026-го президент назначил главой Россотрудничества Игоря Чайку — сменившего Евгения Примакова.

▪️Теперь контур достраивается изнутри: сотрудники АП переходят в Россотрудничество к Чайке. Штаб в Кремле и оперативное агентство сшиваются единой командой.

📌Ранее мы уже предполагали, что переформатирование агентства преследует цель построить государственно-частную модель продвижения мягкой силы.

Потому что именно частные проекты, работающие напрямую с аудиторией, а не с ведомственными KPI, за последние годы показали, как реально формируются политические смыслы и симпатии к России.

Переход людей из АП, способных одновременно работать с бизнесом и медиа, напрямую в Россотрудничество — признак того, что оба института начинают работать как единый механизм, а не как параллельные структуры с разными задачами.
