My Daddy (Erich Taaks) and I are from Milwaukee, WI. We’ll be in town from 6/27 to 7/7 for the national queer square dance convention. We extended our stay early to hit Pride. I don't plan to push my body too hard. I just walk outside or use my bike with a wheel holder indoors for one hour every day. That's how I lose weight, but I want to lose body fat specifically.

I also have dumbbells and a door bar. I use them lightly and enjoy exercising without any pain.
