Scheduled protocol activation (hard fork) is Tuesday, July 11, 2023 13:30:00 UTC, or 2023-07-11T13:30:00Z in ISO-8601 format.
Please upgrade all testnet nodes before the hard fork time.
Prebuilt Linux, macOS and Windows binaries can be downloaded from the release page.
