Yes, it does. BIP32 defines both unhardened and hardened branches of the hierarchical derivation. Unhardened derivation paths have the advantage of being able to derive pubkeys/addresses from pubkey-only "seedless" roots, but the disadvantage is that leaking a child privkey leaks them all. Hardened paths solve this, at the cost of needing the privkey for pubkey derivation.

Was the change from Bitcoin Blockstream Satellite 1.0 to 2.0 just a software update of the Satelites to use DVB-S2 for transmission ? Just looking at the saltelites without the antanenas on the ground.

I just wanted to extend a thank you to everyone at Bitcoin Core for developing and managing the ecosystem that is ultimately one of the backbones of the crypto community.
Today is a great day for bitcoin. I know that it wasn't originally meant to seek approval of the authorities and it still won't as a commodity but it is important for the general public to have access to it through their brokers. Thanks to being approved for spot trading in the largest market access to Bitcoin will increase in other markets as well since many brokers around the world support access to US markets.
None of this would have been possible without the work that this community does.
