Hey everyone,
I’ve been into bug bounty for a few months now and I’ve been learning to use different tools. I’d like to ask you something: is it just me, or is it really that hard to find vulnerabilities?
Even after studying a website and its subdomains using tools like subfinder, Burp Suite, FTP, sqlmap, gobuster, linkfinder, seclists, ffuf, nmap, nikto, curl, and amass, I still can’t seem to find anything.
Can someone with more experience help me understand what I might be doing wrong or why this is happening?
My goal is to become a penetration tester. I’m doing bug bounty even without expecting payment. I’m in this to learn. So even if you tell me it’s hard or almost impossible, that’s fine. I just want to understand more and get some motivation and guidance from you all.
