I have been holding CLO (Callisto Network) in my Coinomi wallet for several years and recently noticed discussions about CLO migration, upgrades, or newer versions of the token.

My CLO is still stored in Coinomi. Do I need to take any action to migrate, swap, bridge, or upgrade my coins? If so, could someone please explain the process or provide the official instructions?
