🚨 Pfizer, Moderna Must Add Stronger Warnings About Possible Heart Damage From COVID Vaccines, FDA Says
The companies must expand the age group they say is at risk for vaccine-related myocarditis and pericarditis and warn that myocardial injury can be lasting among those who suffer it, the agency said.
The new labels must state that the known rate of myocarditis and pericarditis is about 8 cases per million doses for children and adults under 65 years old. They must also warn that the “highest estimated incidence was in males 16 through 25 years of age,” among whom the rate was 38 cases per million.

Less than 14 hours after 6-month-old Blessings Myrical Jean Simmons was given six vaccines during a six-month wellness visit, she died. The baby received the vaccines at roughly 3 p.m. on Jan. 13 at a clinic in Louisiana, according to the baby’s mother, Brishe McKinley.
Brishe McKinley told The Defender that when she tried telling the police and the coroner of Blessings’ recent vaccinations, they dismissed the vaccines as a possible cause of death. They just continued to ask her other questions, as if the vaccines “couldn’t be a contributing factor,” she said.
“I thought that we were doing what we needed to do to keep her healthy and safe.”
When asked what she most wanted to tell the public, McKinley said, “Don’t let you, your loved one, or your children become a statistic of Pharma.”

🛜 Telecom Industry Not Required to Accommodate People Sickened by Cell Tower Radiation, Courts Rule
Wireless companies don’t have to make accommodations or changes to their practices under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) — even when their towers make people sick in their homes, a federal appeals court ruled.
The ruling came as a blow to plaintiff Henry “Hank” Allen, who alleged the radiofrequency (RF) radiation emitted by a cell tower installed next to his home triggered more than 15 episodes of atrial fibrillation.
Allen told The Defender the ruling confirms the “deeply troubling reality” that there is “no legal remedy for Americans being injured by wireless infrastructure.”

FDA to Limit Approvals of New COVID Vaccines to Elderly, High-Risk Groups — But Hundreds of Millions Still Eligible for the Shots
Under the new framework, shots for high-risk populations will continue to be approved based on immunogenicity — the ability to generate antibody titers — with no new trials needed.
Dr. Vinay Prasad said that under the new policy, between 100-200 million Americans would still be eligible for the shots. He also said there are important safety considerations and long-term consequences that remain unknown, though he did not elaborate on those.
The FDA’s vaccine advisory committee is set to meet Thursday to decide on the composition of the fall COVID-19 shots.
