Karl Jablonowski, Ph.D., CHD senior research scientist, applauded “the CDC’s newfound curiosity in vaccines and autism.” He said the U.S. “passed an inflection point” in the 1990s, where autism “went from being a rare disease to a more common one” that has been “increasing exponentially ever since.”

🚨 Maine Court Rules Against Family of Child Vaccinated Without Parents’ Consent at School
The Maine Supreme Judicial Court has upheld a lower court ruling that school medical staff who gave a COVID-19 vaccine to a minor without obtaining parental consent cannot be held liable.
On March 4, the court ruled that school medical staff were protected under the PREP Act.
Wayne Rohde said the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the White House should “sundown the PREP Act immediately” and “provide guidance to the courts on true informed consent and the preservation of parental rights.”

New Mexico Health Officials Mum on Whether Adult Died From — or With — Measles
“This is the second death reported from a state health department where the minimum amount of information was released.” — Karl Jablonowski, Ph.D.
David Morgan, public information officer for the New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH), told The Defender today that the state’s medical examiner is still investigating the official cause of death.
However, given the presence of the measles virus, the health department was counting the death as a “measles-related death,” Morgan said.
He said no additional information about the patient would be released, including comorbidities or other information about the patient’s health status.
The health department scheduled two free MMR vaccination clinics for next week.
