Former FDA official Peter Marks, M.D., Ph.D., appeared April 13 on CBS News’ “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan.” In a wide-ranging interview covering vaccine safety, autism, the Texas measles cases, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Marks and Brennan made several misleading and/or inaccurate claims.

Should parents, students and employees be allowed to claim religious exemptions from vaccine mandates? That’s the question an increasing number of state lawmakers are being asked to decide as they consider a new wave of proposed bills.
Arizona is one of eight states that have introduced bills during the 2025 legislative session to establish or expand exemptions to school vaccine mandates, according to Dawn Richardson, advocacy director for the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC).
“Until medical mandates are a relic of history — and that day is coming — religious exemptions are the primary way to avoid medical coercion,” said Children’s Health Defense CEO Mary Holland.

“The studies that they did were very very narrow. One of the MOST counterintuitive things you could do is give a sick child a vaccine…so why do doctors do it?
It could be the “indoctornation” they received during medical school or a cushiony check from insurance companies (fact - doctors DO profit from vaccines). Either way, it will NEVER make sense why we would expose a child’s depleted immune system to a “weakened version of the virus.”

‘I Just Get So Angry’: Dad of West Texas Child Who Died Talks to CHD.TV
The father of the 8-year-old West Texas child who died in a hospital from a hospital-acquired pneumonia after testing positive for measles shared his story in an interview with CHD.
On March 27, Daisy was readmitted to UMC. The staff put her on what Hildebrand called a “high-pressure” oxygen mask, different from the one staff used during her first UMC visit.
“To this day I don’t know why,” he said. “That first UMC visit, they put high-flow oxygen on her and that seemed to work all right. But this time, they went straight to the high-pressure mask.”
Over the next few days, Daisy “gradually declined.”
Then “all of a sudden the doctor says that her lungs started leaking air just because of the high-pressure mask, and we didn’t know what else to do but get her intubated.”
According to Hildebrand, Daisy’s doctor was overly focused on her measles infection and overlooked the possibility that a hospital-acquired bacterial pneumonia might be impeding her respiratory function.
“That last doctor we had, he just kept going on and on about measles this and measles that,” Hildebrand said. “He was trying to blame everything on the measles … They were so focused on the measles that they didn’t think about testing for anything else, and that is why my daughter is dead today.”

🚨 Young Adults Continue to Produce Spike Protein One Year After Receiving COVID Vaccine
Young adults who received a Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine showed elevated spike protein production a year or more after vaccination — that’s significantly longer than the spike protein was expected to remain in the body — a peer-reviewed study showed.
The study, published last week in Immunity, Inflammation and Disease, found that participants exhibited elevated levels of multiple proinflammatory cytokines — proteins that help regulate the immune system — signifying “the persistence of the humoral immune response to messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccines.”
Karl Jablonowski, Ph.D. noted that the study’s findings may also point to a broader safety signal that may be evident in COVID-19 vaccine injury data currently maintained in U.S. government databases.
“It warrants a larger retrospective controlled study, the data for which is mothballed by government or healthcare institutions,” Jablonowski said. “This kind of data is not kept forever. The window to preserve information on the harms of the COVID-19 injections is quickly closing.”
