Dr. Brian Hooker: Yeah, they’re typically incentivized directly by HMOs. HMOs buy and sell vaccines. So vaccines are big business for HMOs. But the incentivization is anywhere from $200 to $600 per fully vaccinated patient as long as their vaccines, a certain percentage of their practice is fully vaccinated. So some pediatricians can make upwards to a million or more a year just in those incentives.”
🚩 WOW: A peer-reviewed study shows some government-funded online surveillance tools conducted 24/7 monitoring of students’ social media posts, website visitation data and email. A majority of the companies in the report said they used AI to flag suspicious student activity, and two companies said they contacted law enforcement at their discretion.
According to the report:
“It is unclear to what extent students, parents, and guardians understand or even are aware of schools’ use of surveillance technology.
“Our team had challenges accessing detailed, clear information about these companies, suggesting it is currently difficult for students and parents to find information to make informed decisions.”

📣 IMPORTANT: Lawsuit Targets RFK Jr. for Failing to Set Up Task Force on Childhood Vaccine Safety
Attorney Ray Flores is suing U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for failing to establish a task force dedicated to making childhood vaccines safer, as mandated by federal law.
The lawsuit alleges Kennedy is violating the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, which requires the secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to promote the development of safer childhood vaccines that cause “fewer and less serious adverse reactions” than existing ones.
The act requires HHS to establish a task force that includes the health secretary, the commissioner of the FDA, the directors of the NIH and the CDC.
It also requires the health secretary to provide Congress with progress reports every two years.
Since the U.S. Congress passed the act over 35 years ago, no health secretary — including Kennedy — has reported to Congress on steps taken toward making vaccines safer.
Flores said in the complaint that because more than 100 days have passed since the Trump administration took office, “any grace period for Mr. Kennedy to rectify the failure of his predecessors has ended.”
Mary Holland, CEO of Children’s Health Defense — which is funding the lawsuit — said it is “blackletter law that the HHS secretary must convene a task force on how to make vaccines safer.”

🚨 Trump’s DOJ Says EPA Will Appeal Landmark Fluoride Ruling
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) plans to appeal a decision last year by a federal court ordering the agency to address the risks of water fluoridation, according to Michael Connett, lead attorney for plaintiffs in the lawsuit.
The body of scientific evidence showing fluoride’s adverse impacts on children’s health has grown. Scientists at the National Toxicology Program in January published a meta-analysis in JAMA Pediatrics linking fluoridated water and IQ loss in children.
The program also published a monograph in August 2024 that found a link between higher fluoride exposure and lower IQ in children.
In May 2024, a study in JAMA Open Network found children born to Los Angeles mothers exposed during pregnancy to fluoridated drinking water were more likely to have neurobehavioural problems.
FAN’s executive director, Stuart Cooper, said the group has long sought to end the “unnecessary life-long and life-altering brain impairment in children specifically due to artificial fluoridation schemes” and the many other side effects to people’s liver, kidneys, thyroid and bones.
For nine years, he said, the EPA has been working against them. “From day one of our interactions with them, they’ve treated fluoridation chemicals as a protected pollutant, likely due to the government’s role in promoting their use and guaranteeing their ‘safety’ for over 80 years.”
Cooper added:
“While the science is clear and the lower court’s ruling was very strong and comprehensive, it’s not necessarily a surprise that the appeal has occurred. Our case is precedent-setting. We were the first to sue the EPA under TSCA. I suspect that corporate polluters who have learned how to manage and influence the EPA to their benefit don’t want citizens groups to use TSCA to force the EPA to regulate harmful chemicals.”

🚨 NPR ‘Misled on Every Count’ in Report Defending Thimerosal in Vaccines
On July 6, NPR published an article titled “4 Things to Know About the Vaccine Ingredient Thimerosal,” portraying the recent Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) vote to recommend thimerosal-free flu vaccines as addressing a “problem that doesn’t really exist anymore.”
But every one of the article’s core claims misrepresents toxicological science, omits key mechanistic evidence and fails to meet the standard of informed biomedical commentary.

✅ DOJ Backs Children’s Health Defense in Antitrust Suit Against Big Media
In a show of support for independent media voices, the DOJ today filed a statement of interest backing Children’s Health Defense (CHD) and a group of independent journalists who sued several of the world’s largest news and Big Tech organizations.
In a 22-page statement filed with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the DOJ argued that the Trusted News Initiative (TNI) — a partnership formed by Reuters, The Washington Post, The Associated Press, BBC and others — engaged in anticompetitive practices when its members colluded with tech platforms to censor alternative viewpoints.
In a press release, Abigail Slater, assistant attorney general with the DOJ’s Antitrust Division, said:
“When companies abuse their market power to block out and deplatform independent voices and protect legacy media, they harm competition and threaten the free flow of information on which consumers depend …
“This Antitrust Division will always defend the principle that the antitrust laws protect free markets, including the marketplace of ideas.”
Jed Rubenfeld, an attorney for CHD, said the DOJ’s statement confirms the “importance of this case and the gravity of the TNI’s concerted attack on dissenting online news publishers.”
“The TNI is a classic abuse of market power and its censorship of facts and opinions online, especially during the pandemic, was and is a grave threat to democracy,” Rubenfeld said.
