CDC Scientist Who Drove COVID, RSV Vaccine Policies Resigns in Protest
👉 In an email to colleagues announcing her resignation, Dr. Fiona Havers said she was no longer confident that COVID-19 and RSV, or respiratory syncytial virus, vaccine data would be used “objectively or evaluated with appropriate scientific rigor to make evidence-based vaccine policy decisions.”
Drug safety advocate Kim Witczak said Havers’ concerns over how the current administration will use data on respiratory illnesses belied the lack of scientific debate plaguing public health agencies.
“Where was that concern during the height of the COVID vaccine era?” asked Witczak, a member of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Psychopharmacologic Drugs Advisory Committee. “For someone who was central to driving policy through her data presentations to now raise alarm about lack of rigor — well, it says a lot about how the system only values critique when it suits internal narratives.”

“Most people are uninformed or misinformed about the health risks of 5G antennas and towers,” Mona Nilsson, co-founder and director of the Swedish Radiation Protection Foundation and one of the film’s writers, told The Defender.
Nilsson said she hopes the documentary will raise public awareness of 5G as a “very important health issue.”
“The so-called safety limits applied in most countries all over the world — including in the USA — allow the public to be exposed to levels of this kind of radiation that are well documented to be harmful,” Nilsson said.
Current regulatory limits around the world “have obviously been set to protect the industry’s needs instead of public health,” she said. The situation runs against what we “must expect from a democratic society.”

✅ Whistleblower Lawsuit Alleging Hospital Failed to Report COVID Vaccine Injuries Gets Green Light
A whistleblower lawsuit alleging a New York hospital system violated federal law by failing to report adverse events connected to the COVID-19 vaccines can proceed, a federal court ruled last week.
Deborah Conrad sued the hospital in May 2023, under the False Claims Act — a federal law that allows whistleblowers to file a lawsuit on behalf of the U.S. government against an entity for allegedly defrauding the government and profiting from taxpayer funds. She filed an amended complaint in November 2024.
The complaint alleges that RRH violated the False Claims Act because it “knowingly” failed to report adverse events to VAERS despite being required to do so — and nevertheless “submitted claims for payment” for COVID-19 vaccine administration to the U.S. government.
Conrad also alleged that she saw RRH patients suffer serious adverse events following the COVID-19 vaccine and that she reported them to VAERS because she “had concerns” about RRH’s reporting efforts.

❌ Big Money for Pharma, Big Risk for Kids: When Doctors Prescribe Antipsychotics and SSRIs for Children With Autism
Ten years ago, a Huffington Post investigation revealed that Johnson & Johnson had illegally promoted Risperdal, an antipsychotic drug associated with serious side effects, to children and the elderly.
Today, the drug remains one of only two medications approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat autism. The other is aripiprazole, also an antipsychotic, marketed as Abilify and sold by Bristol Myers Squibb.
According to the Huffington Post’s 15-part investigative report, the FDA had prohibited Johnson & Johnson salespeople from “trying to promote Risperdal to doctors to treat children because of its feared side effects, including hormonal disorders.”
Yet, the company “organized special sales units illegally targeting doctors who treated the elderly and children,” even as adverse events — including gynecomastia, which causes enlargement of breast tissue in males — were reported in some children who took the medication.
The reports led to thousands of lawsuits, with total settlements reaching several billion dollars.

Mary Holland, CEO of Children’s Health Defense, said she was “delighted” with the clean sweep of the ACIP committee and “cautiously optimistic” about the newly proposed members.
“Given the Senate’s close scrutiny over Kennedy’s picks, he likely did not have free rein to consider any and all possibilities,” Holland said. She said there will likely be a diversity of opinions among the group, “which will better educate the public about the real potential harms and benefits of vaccines.”
Holland added:
“Candidly, I’m not sure this committee, or many of the federal advisory committees at CDC and FDA are warranted. They will likely continue to be clear targets for corporate capture.

If the End Prescription Drug Ads Now Act passes, it will ban all prescription drug ads on television, radio, print and digital platforms, including social media. The ban would hit drug companies hard — they make back in sales up to five times as much as they spend on commercials. It will also affect the income streams of major television networks, which bring in billions of dollars from pharmaceutical ads.
Drug advertising buys influence over news outlets, according to Children’s Health Defense CEO Mary Holland. Holland said:
“Drug companies use advertising to do more than just sell more drugs. The billions Big Pharma spends on ads, especially for TV and legacy print media, guarantee that network news decision-makers will run only favorable news stories and veto any reporting that casts drugs or drugmakers in a negative light.

🚨 FDA Greenlights Merck’s RSV Shot for Newborns — Clinical Trials Showed 11.71% Rate of Serious Adverse Events, Including Death
The clinical trial results posted on the government website ClinicalTrials.gov included serious neurological adverse reactions that Dr. Peter Selley, a U.K. general practitioner who has closely followed the development of the drugs for RSV, called “concerning.”
These included febrile convulsions, seizures, facial paralysis and brain injury at about three times the rate in the vaccine group (25 of 2,409) as the placebo group (4 of 1,202).
Children’s Health Defense Senior Research Scientist Karl Jablonowski said the trials showed a serious adverse event rate of 11.71% and included:
👉 A 50% greater chance of death (three deaths in the group that received the shot versus one in the placebo group).
👉 A 350% greater chance of an upper respiratory tract infection.
👉 A 63% greater chance of a lower respiratory tract infection.
👉 A 41% greater chance of febrile convulsion.
