As predicted, the EO is being legally challenged and will most likely be derailed by an injunction shortly. They will appeal up to the supreme court then in all likelihood citing United States v. Wong Kim Ark as precedent it will be punted back to congress who would need a two thirds vote to change the constitution. (next to impossible)
