• The Supreme Court has ordered that **NEET PG 2025 must be conducted in a single shift.

2. Target Date: June 15, 2025
• Despite logistical concerns raised by NBE, the legal standing is that June 15 remains the official exam date.
• The SC did not grant an extension and emphasized the importance of adhering to this timeline.
3. Court’s Strong Stance
• The SC expressed anger over NBE’s inaction over the past year, stating that they had sufficient time to plan.
• The SC refused to preemptively approve a postponement, instead forcing NBE to try their best to conduct the exam on June 15.
4. Extension Not Ruled Out — But Not Granted Yet
• If NBE fails to manage the logistics, they must go back to the Supreme Court and seek an extension, which may or may not be granted.
• This tactic is meant to pressure NBE into taking real steps toward meeting the June 15 deadline, rather than relying on an easy delay.
