Sam Melia, a husband, father, activist, and dedicated advocate for the native British has been found guilty of inciting racial hatred because he produced and placed stickers warning about demographic change in Britain.
It is remarkable a case like this ever went to trial, it is even more remarkable that a jury would return a guilty verdict.
Something which is particularly interesting is that the judge ordered Mr. Melia not to talk about his case on social media. So the broader pro-White movement must be the voice of reason against this ridiculous example of anarcho-tyranny.

Worrell has already heard bail hearings and accepted plea deals. I only got involved with research in July. With a couple days of work and one FOIA request I turned up both Worrell and Tufts’ conflicts of interest and passed on the info. Maybe someone else realized this too… I don’t know, but it certainly wasn’t realized before July.
It’s good that some lawyers and defendants got this information one way or another. I congratulate them on making good use of it.
If you have already taken a plea deal, I’m sorry no one realized this sooner. What happened to you was profoundly unjust. But it isn’t too late. You can still file a complaint against Worrell with the VA Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission.
By not disclosing that he was (almost certainly) a material witness, he clearly violated Virginia’s “canons of judicial conduct”.
In your complaint, you should cite Canon 1; D; 1(d):
“A judge must recuse himself or herself in a proceeding in which the judge’s impartiality might reasonably be questioned, including but not limited to instances where… (d) the judge is a material witness in the matter”
And Canon 1; D; 4-5:
“A judge should disclose information that the judge believes the parties or their lawyers might reasonably consider relevant to the question of disqualification, even if the judge believes there is no real basis for disqualification.”
