Subject: Pool Report #1: President Trump Departs WH, Asked about Iran
President Trump walked out of the White House at 6:10pm and briefly made remarks to the press before heading to Marine One.
The president called yesterday’s parade a “tremendous success” and remarked on the lack of rain despite forecasts. He said, “didn’t do too well — the weather people last night.”
On Netanyahu and Iran: “We get along very well and I think we have great respect for each other.”
Asked about how he plans to de-escalate the situation between Iran and Israel, Trump said he hopes there will be a deal, “it’s time for a deal.”and added, “sometimes they have to fight it out.” “We’ll see what happens.” He said it’s a good chance a deal happens.
Asked to respond to protesters: “If we didn’t have the national guard on call and ready, they would rip Los Angeles apart.”
Trump was asked if he had called on Israel to pause airstrikes into Iran, and he said he “wouldn’t say that.”
The president said he expects a “few more trade deals.”
Trump was also asked if the US would continue to support Israel’s defenses, and replied, “we do.”
POTUS was followed on Marine One by Walt Nauta, Karoline Leavitt, Stephen Miller, and James Blair.

Subject: In-town pool report #1: parade pool departure from the White House
Good afternoon from the White House, where it's 85 and sunny and the rain has held off -- so far -- ahead of the president’s evening military parade.
The White House has summoned the "parade pool" that will be with the president throughout the evening. We are about to depart 1600 Penn to preset on the ellipse.
President Trump will remain at the White House for roughly 2.5 more hours. A separate visuals-only pool will capture his departure from the White House a little before his expected arrival time of 6:30pm.
No other guidance/changes/statements beyond what POTUS has posted on Truth Social to share at this time.

June 14th, 2025. The U.S. Army Fitness Competition Award Ceremony for the Army's 250th birthday. The competition started at 9.30am and ran through to 12.30pm ET.
The schedule for the rest of the day is as follows:
6:30pm -8:00pm – U.S. Army 250th Birthday Parade. Parade route runs along Constitution Avenue NW from 23rd Street to 15th Street
9:45 pm – Fireworks on the National Mall

Israel seems to be using its citizens as human shields.
They’ve placed key military targets in the centre of Tel Aviv, as per local Israeli media.
SAUDI ARABIA: “The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia expresses its strong condemnation and denunciation of the blatant Israeli aggressions against the brotherly Islamic Republic of Iran, which undermine its sovereignty and security and constitute a clear violation of international laws and norms.”

POTUS descended the stairs of AF1 at 8:52 p.m. donning an overcoat and a white “Make America Great Again” hat.
Two Royal Canadian Mounted police,“aka Mounties,” clad in their ceremonial uniform (Red Serge) stood at the foot of the stairs holding a United States and Canadian flag. Four total greeted the POTUS.
POTUS went down a line of greeters who’d gathered at the airport (see below) shaking hands and making small talk with each of them. One of the local tribal chiefs was dressed in a full head dress.
He boarded Marine 1, which lifted at 9:04 p.m.
