It seems like we are living in a completely dystopian era. Candidates from Asia, who have no skills or experience, fake it with special agencies and then fake their faces on a call to look "Eastern European" to apply for jobs.
Their speech is delayed and translated, their movements are slightly off, but it can often be covered up by "poor connection and bad camera".
Right now recruiters can spot it by simply asking a candidate to move a hand in front of the fake face, which such candidates will obviously not able to do.
