🏳️❌🇧🇫 — JNIM overruns Diapaga base and takes control of the city

➡️ Yesterday afternoon, JNIM raided the infamous Diapaga military base east of the country, and took control of most of the city including major positions in the central parts.

➡️ Communications was cut with Diapaga, but reports suggest JNIM withdrew from the city later in the night, carrying with them loot taken from the military.

➡️ JNIM has not released a full statement on the attack, but dozens of soldiers are feared dead and large amounts of equipment lost.

The video displayed the ambushing of IDF Engineering Infantry Units in the "AlTanour" neighborhood of eastern Rafah, southern Gaza on May 8th, 2025.

The first attack displayed the launching of 2 Anti-Personnel projectiles, "PG7-VM" & "PG7-V" towards an IDF Engineering Units planting explosives in a building, the attack resulted in a large secondary explosion.

The second attack displayed the detonation of an [unclear] "high-explosive device" on an IDF Infantry Unit of 5, killing and injuring them.
