For descriptor wallets u may need to use the cli (groestlcoin-cli) to show the private key info (listdescriptors true). It should generate a xprv (extended private key)

you have to withdraw with a segwit address.

a friend of me has withdrawn a smaller amount some weeks before, it went smoothly.

The community may be quieter than it used to be, but quiet does not mean dead.

Jackie is still keeping Groestlcoin Core updated in his spare time, and that alone deserves respect. GRS has survived for more than a decade because people continued building even when attention and market conditions were against it.

Yes, we lost major exchange access. Yes, activity and communication have declined. Pretending otherwise would help nobody. But saying there is “no development” is also not accurate when the core software is still being maintained.

💡What GRS needs now is not another endless discussion about why things went wrong. It needs renewed community activity:

• more communication and regular updates
• exchange and wallet outreach
• developers and infrastructure volunteers
• people creating guides, content and visibility
• holders who are willing to participate, not only watch the price

A project does not recover because one developer works alone. It recovers when the community becomes visible and useful again.

Groestlcoin is still here. The technology is still here. The question is whether the community wants to wake up again.

Maybe it is time to make some noise. ⚡️🧀
