In recent years, the idea of reducing the working week and extending the weekend has gained significant attention. I completely agree that a shorter working week coupled with a longer weekend would be highly beneficial .
First and foremost, a shorter working week can significantly enhance productivity . When employees have fewer days to complete their tasks, they are likely to focus better and work more efficiently. For instance, research conducted by Microsoft in Japan demonstrated that a four-day work week led to a 40% increase in productivity. This example clearly illustrates that a condensed work schedule can lead to more concentrated efforts and improved outcomes, thereby supporting the notion that shorter work weeks boost productivity .
Another reason worth mentioning is that extending the weekend would greatly improve workers' mental health and well-being . Longer weekends provide employees with more time to relax, pursue personal interests , and spend quality time with their families, which is essential for maintaining a healthy work-life balance . For example, a study by the American Psychological Association found that employees who had more extended breaks reported lower stress levels and higher job satisfaction . This evidence highlights the positive impact of longer weekends on employees' overall well-being, underlining the importance of giving workers more time to recharge .
In conclusion, I strongly believe that a shorter working week and a longer weekend would be highly advantageous . Enhanced productivity and improved mental health are compelling reasons to support this change in work schedules. By adopting this approach, both businesses and employees can benefit significantly.

Overall, over the course of two decades, the harbor has experienced various developments aimed at boosting its appeal to tourists and visitors alike. Notable improvements include a new hotel with an exclusive beach, increased ferry capacity, and expanded amenities.
Regarding changes in docking and maritime facilities , an additional docking station has been added for passenger ferries in the north of the harbour, resulting in a total of three available slots. Meanwhile, the areas designated for fishing boats and private yachts in the northwest and southwest have been swapped .
In terms of infrastructure , the parking lot entrance in the southwestern section now connects directly to the main road, rather than the road leading to the lifeboat station. A second block of showers and toilets has been constructed adjacent to this car park, mirroring the facilities next to the current area for fishing boats.
Turning to the development of tourist amenities, waterfront cafes and shops have been built between the marina and the lifeboat. Furthermore, what used to be an abandoned castle in the southeast has been transformed into a hotel, with the previously public beach to its southwest now made private exclusively for hotel guests.

Whilst some believe competition motivates individuals to excel, others think cooperation fosters a supportive and productive environment. Personally, I advocate for a balanced approach, recognizing the merits of both competition and cooperation.
On the one hand, competition can be a powerful driving force. This is because it encourages individuals to strive for excellence, resulting in higher performance and innovation. For instance, in educational settings, students who compete for top grades often invest significant effort into their studies, leading to a deeper understanding of the material and better academic outcomes. Similarly, in the workplace, competition can motivate employees to enhance their skills and productivity, ultimately benefiting the company’s performance. Thus, competition can be instrumental in promoting personal and organizational growth.
Conversely, cooperation is essential for cultivating a harmonious and efficient environment. One major reason for this is that collaborative efforts often lead to more effective problem-solving and innovation as they combine diverse perspectives and skills. The line graph illustrates how many people participated in five different types of activities at a particular social center located in Melbourne, Australia, between 2000 and 2020.
Overall, the trends for the film club and martial arts were relatively stable, with the former remaining the most popular choice at the center. Additionally, there were significant increases in the numbers of participants for table tennis and musical performances, whereas the opposite was true in the case of amateur dramatics.
During the whole period, the film club consistently registered the highest participation rate, maintaining around 65 members, despite a slight drop to a low of 60 in 2010. A similar, yet more erratic pattern was observed in the membership of martial arts, fluctuating slightly between 30 and 36 participants throughout.
Meanwhile, amateur dramatics was the only activity to witness a downward trend. Although it rose minimally from approximately 26 to peak at nearly 30 members in the first five years, it then underwent a continual decline, ending with about 5 members and becoming the least popular activity by the end of the period.
In contrast, table tennis saw a gradual rise in popularity, starting from around 16members and reaching 20 members by 2010, ultimately more than doubling to secure the second position by the end of the timeframe. Similarly, musical performances, which began in 2005, experienced rapid growth, reaching nearly 20 participants after 15 years.

سلام وقتتون بخیر گفتین نتیجه آزمونمو بفرستم براتون
دوره شلی هم خیلی نتونستم کامل ببینم ولی خب واقعا مفید بودش
توی ۲ هفته ای که دیدمش حدودا ۰.۵ نمره رایتینگم رو بالا کشید
اسپکینگ پارت ۱ در مورد شهرم پرسید و اینکه شهر بزرگیه یا کوچیکیه
پارت ۲ در مورد یه تصمیم درستی که یه شخصی که میشناسم گرفته ازم پرسید
پارت ۳ کلا در مورد تصمیم گیری بودش
چطوری تصمیم درست بگیریم
چطوری میشه تصمیم درست گرفتن رو به بچه‌ها یاد داد
چطور میشه به بزرگترا یاد داد
ایا درسته که پدر و مادر توی تصمیم بچه ها دخالت کنن؟
رایتینگ در مورد تبلیغات بودش تسک ۲
با توجه به تاثیرات اقتصادی مثبت تبلیغات، یه سری ها اعتقاد دارن که روی افراد تاثیر منفی میزاره .مثل اینکه باعث میشه به چیزایی که دارن قانع نباشن و ارزش خودشون رو دست کم بگیرن... بعدشم که discuss both views and give your opinion
تسک ۱ هم یه مپ داد بهم که ۳ بخشی بود
در مورد یه اتشفشان که فوران کرده بود توی یه جزیره‌ای و اتفاقاتی که قبل و بعدش افتاد رو باید توصیف میکردی(مثل تخلیه ساکنین یا اسیب‌هایی که به شهر وارد شدش)
واسه روش مطالعه بنظرم بهترین حالتش تاپیک به تاپیکه... واسه هر تاپیک لغت و عبارت و ایده جواب دادن آدم یاد بگیره میتونه خیلی مفید باشه
برای ریدینگ باید چشم رو سعی کنی سریعترش بکنی... مثلا یه کتاب بر میداشتم و سعی میکردم پاراگرافش رو توی کوتاه‌ترین مدت ممکن بخونم و رکوردمو ثبت میکردم... خیلی کمکم کرد سر مشکل کمبود وقت اینکار
واسه لیسنینگ چون از اول لیسنینگم حوب بود خیلی شاید نتونم راهنمایی خوبی بکنم ولی خب کتاب کولینز کار کردم
اسپکینگ دقیقا تاپیک به تاپیک مطالعه کردم و سعی میکردم از همه تاپیکا ایده داشته باشم
دو هفته مونده به آزمون نشستم سوالایی که چند هفته اخیر از بچه‌ها پرسیدن رو میخوندم و سعی میکردم دقیقا همونارو به زبان خودم جواب بدم و روی نحوه حواب دادنم فکر میکردم
دقیقا همون سوالایی که ۲ هفته اخر کار کردم همونا اومدش توی اسپکینگم تقریبا
رایتینگ والا روش خیلی خاصی نداشتم
و بیشتر میشه گفت از همون ویدئوهای شلی کار کردم و خب خیلی دید خوبی دادش بهم
قبل از اونم که ویدئوهای یوتیوب میدیدم و نمونه رایتینگ مینوشتم و میدادم برام تصحیح کنن
کلا توی رایتینگ از اولم خیلی موفق نبودم
سال پیش نمره ماکم ۵-۵.۵ بود رایتینگ... ولی خب الان که رسیده ۶.۵ باز راضیم نسبتا
بازم ممنون بابت دوره خوب و عالیتون
خیلی مفید برام واقعا توی این مدت کوتاه

نمرها کمی فراتر از انتظارم شد و اینو برای رایتینگ و اسپیکینگ مدیون دوره های شما هستم
من رشتم زبان هست و تدریس هم می کنم واقعا فکر می کردم همه نکات رو بلدم اما مخصوصا تو دوره رایتینگ خیلی چیزها یادگرفتم و نتیجه هم گرفتم
سوالات آزمون اسپیکینگ هم پارت یک در مورد آپارتمان محل سکونت، کافه رفتن و تعطیلات پرسید
پارت دو و سه در مورد آشپزی بود تاپیک در مورد فردی که دوست داره آشپزی کنه برای دیگران و پارت سوم هم در مورد مهارت آشپزی بود کلا
