Whoever meets a poor Muslim and greets him differently from the way he would greet a rich person will meet God, the Almighty and Exalted, on the Day of Judgment, and He will be angry with him.

💠 Quran Light
What is in the heavens and the earth is Allah’s; verily Allah is the Self-Sufficient, the Most Praised.
لِلَّـهِ ما فِي السَّماواتِ وَ الْأَرْضِ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ هُوَ الْغَنِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ
📖 Surah Luqman, Verse 26
⚜️Allah is All-Sufficient and is the Most Praised from any point of view, since every merit which is found in the world belongs to Allah, the Self-Sufficient, and whatever a person has is completely obtained from Him, and the sources of every goodness are in His authority, and this is a real evidence to His self-sufficiency.
In view of the fact that /hamd/ means praise for a good deed which a person does voluntarily, and whatever good thing we see in the world is from His side, then all praises belong to Him.
Even when we praise the beauty of a flower, and we explain the attraction of the heavenly loves, or we honour the greatness of the action of a self-sacrificing altruist, again we, in fact, praise Him, because this beauty and that attraction and realness also belong to Him, therefore, He is All-Praised.

"When Sa'd b. 'Abdillah al-Qummi asked him the reason why people cannot elect an Imam for themselves, he replied, 'Would he be a righteous man or a corrupt man?' I said, 'Righteous.'
He said, 'Is it possible that the selected individual be actually corrupt, for no one really knows what passes through another's mind, in terms of their righteousness or corruption?' I said, 'Yes'. He said, 'That is the reason why.'”

O God, so bless Muhammad and his Household,
keep my wrongdoing enemy from wronging me through Your strength,
blunt his blade toward me through Your power, and assign to him
a diversion in that which is close to him and the inability to reach his enemy!
O God, bless Muhammad and his Household,
let the wrongdoer not find it easy to wrong me, give me good help against him,
preserve me from the like of his acts, and place me not in the like of his situation!
أللَّهُمَّ فَصَلِّ اللَّهُمَّ عَلَى مُحَمَّد وَآلِهِ
وَخُذْ ظَالِمِي وَعَدُوِّي عَنْ ظُلْمِي بِقُوَّتِكَ
وَافْلُلْ حَدَّهُ عَنِّي بِقُدْرَتِكَ وَاجْعَلْ لَهُ
شُغْلاً فِيَما يَلِيهِ وَعَجْزاً عَمَّا يُناوِيْهِ
أللَّهُمَّ وَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّد وَآلِهِ
وَلاَ تُسَوِّغْ لَهُ ظُلْمِي وَأَحْسِنْ عَلَيْـهِ عَوْنِي،
وَاعْصِمْنِي مِنْ مِثْـلِ أَفْعَالِهِ، وَلا تَجْعَلْنِي فِي مِثْلِ حَالِهِ.
يَا إِلَهِي وَرَبِّي وَسَيِّدِي وَمَوْلاي
لأَيِّ الأُمُورِ إِلَيْكَ أَشْكُو
وَلِمَا مِنْهَا أَضِجُّ وَأَبْكِي
لأَلِيمِ الْعَذَابِ وَشِدَّتِهِ!
أَمْ لِطُولِ الْبَلاءِ وَمُدَّتِهِ!
فَلَئِن صَيَّرْتَنِي لِلْعُقُوبَاتِ مَعَ أَعْدَائِكَ
وَجَمَعْتَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ أَهْلِ بَلائِكَ
وَفَرَّقْتَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ أَحِبَّائِكَ وَأَوْلِيَائِكَ
فَهَبْنِي يَا إِلَهِي وَسَيِّدِي وَمَوْلاي وَرَبِّي صَبَرْتُ عَلَى عَذَابِكَ،
فَكَيْفَ أَصْبِرُ عَلَى فِرَاقِكَ

Imam Sadiq (as) said:
There are three actions for which no one has an excuse [to ignore]: returning a trust to both the pious and the immoral; fulfillment of a promise to both the pious and the immoral; and goodness to one’s parents, whether they be pious or immoral.

Kamal al-Din: on the authority of Di‘bil b. ‘Ali Khuzai from Imam al-Reza (as):
" … My father related to me from his father from his forefathers that the Apostle of Allah was asked: O Apostle of Allah! When will the Riser from among your progeny appear? The Prophet (S) said,
"His story (Reappearance) is like that of the Resurrection, since, (none except Him shall manifest it at its time. It will weigh heavy on the heavens and the earth. It will not overtake you but suddenly.)"

For which things would I complain to You?
And for which of them would I lament and weep?
For the pain and severity of chastisement?
Or for the length and period of tribulation?
So if You take me to the punishments with Your enemies,
And gather me with the people of Your tribulation
And separate me from Your friends and saints,
Then suppose, my God, my Master, my Protector
and my Lord that I am able to endure Your chastisement,
How can I endure separation from You?
