NEW - Former President of City Council of Atlantic City charged with submitting fraudulent mail-in ballots.
A criminal complaint accuses Craig Callaway, 64, a political organizer, of illegally obtaining and casting ballots that were counted in the November 2022 election.
About a month before the election, Callaway and others allegedly paid several individuals to carry completed Vote-By-Mail applications to the county clerk's office.
Once these individuals received the fraudulent mail-in ballots, they reportedly handed them over to Callaway and his associates.
Many of the mail-in ballots collected in this manner were allegedly cast using the names of individuals who have since confirmed that they did not vote in the November 2022 election.
Moreover, these individuals have stated that they did not give authorization for Callaway, his associates, or anyone else to vote on their behalf.
The criminal complaint discloses that a significant number of these fraudulent mail-in ballots were officially counted in the November 2022 election.

BREAKING: Former Hawaii teacher, Alden Bunag, was sentenced to 17 years in federal prison for making child porn.
Bunag was very upset with "right-wingers" on X popularizing the term "groomers."
Prosecutors said he taped repeated sexual activity with a 13-year-old student in a classroom and sent it to others.
Investigators found thousands of videos and photos of child pornography in his possession.
Some of which showed underage boys bound and in pain.
"I have such deep regret for what I've done that I ended up developing depression and anxiety as well as a firm determination to get the treatment and support I need to never do this again," said Bunag.
When Bunag is done serving 17 years behind bars, he will be on federal probation for the next 15 years.

Rogan also brings up Intro 1867, known as the “Our City, Our Vote” law, approved by the New York City Council in December 2021.
This law would allow approximately 800,000 non-U.S. citizens with green cards and temporary work visas to vote in the city's municipal elections.
Mayor Eric Adams allowed it to become law on January 9, 2022.
A group of Republican voters and officials filed a lawsuit on January 10, 2023, arguing that letting over 800,000 non-U.S. citizens vote would dilute the votes of legitimate U.S. citizens.
On June 27, 2022, the New York State Supreme Court for Staten Island overturned the law, stating it violated the state's constitution.
Mayor Adams and the City Council appealed to a higher court, and the case has been stuck in court ever since.
Meanwhile, President Biden is fast-tracking work authorizations for non-U.S. citizens, potentially giving them the right to vote if Mayor Adams succeeds in the appeal.
Mayor Adams has a chance at winning.
As of June 2023, more than a dozen communities across the U.S., including Washington, DC, and municipalities in California, Maryland, and Vermont, allow noncitizens to vote in local elections.
Vermont’s top court supported noncitizen voting in municipal elections despite restrictions in the state constitution.
In Connecticut, Democrats aim to amend the state’s constitution to permit noncitizens to vote in local elections.
In December, the Boston City Council approved a proposal allowing noncitizens with "legal status" to vote in local elections.
Rogan points out that Democrats want to permanently change the voting demographics in the United States by importing as many votes as possible.

Judge Kathaleen McCormick rescinded Elon Musk's $55 billion Tesla compensation package, overturning the company's board and 80% of its shareholders.
McCormick also ruled against @elonmusk during his Twitter acquisition.
Before becoming the head of the Delaware Chancery Court, McCormick worked at a Delaware law firm called Young Conaway.
This firm and its employees have been major donors to President Joe Biden for decades.
In 2016, Hunter Biden hosted a gubernatorial campaign event for Congressman John Carney, with then-Vice President Joe Biden as the guest speaker.
This event took place at the Law Offices of Young Conaway in Wilmington, Delaware.
Carney, a close friend of Joe Biden for the last four decades, later became governor and nominated Kathaleen McCormick, a partner at Young Conaway, to her position on the Delaware Chancery Court.
In a March 2018 email, Hunter Biden claimed to personally know every judge on the Delaware Chancery Court while threatening legal action against his Chinese business partners.

After Elon Musk purchased Twitter with the stated goal of restoring free-speech, President Biden called for a federal investigation into Musk on the podium at the White House.
Following this, the Biden Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and Federal Trade Commission initiated legal actions and investigations against Tesla, SpaceX, and X.
