KCFLAGS is basically a replacement for what EXTRA_CFLAGS is supposed to already do because of some drivers setting EXTRA_CFLAGS themselves in their Makefiles instead of expanding regular CFLAGS like they were supposed to

Hackbench, a program which measures the scheduler wake up latency and benchmarks pipe.

You can obtain it from benchkit module or build yourself (https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/utils/rt-tests/rt-tests.git/tree/src/hackbench/hackbench.c?h=stable/devel/v1.0.1).

When running it's recommended to use
hackbench -pTl 4000
rather than the old command as -p and -T don't take parameters. It's also preferred to run as su to get around seccomp lagging you out (or you can disable the Android seccomp filter).

You want your values to be as low as possible. Good luck!
