Since the very beginning of the special military operation, the crews of the MLRS Grad of the Novorossiysk Guards Mountain Unit of the Airborne Forces group Dnepr have been continuously defeating the positions, equipment and manpower of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The crews of the combat vehicles received from the artillery spotters the coordinates of the concentration of manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of the village of Verbovoye.
Having arrived at the firing position, the artillerymen aimed at the targets and fired several sighting shots. After one of the 122-mm unguided rockets hit precisely a cluster of Ukrainian militants, the Grad crew sent the entire remaining ‘package’ in one gulp to the place where the nationalists were gathering. The firepower of a single salvo allows you to instantly destroy the enemy on a terrain area of up to 14 hectares.
Maximum efficiency and accuracy of such salvoes is ensured by fire adjustment with the help of unmanned aircraft and advanced artillery reconnaissance detachments.
The coordinated work of the rocket artillery of the Novorossiysk Airborne Forces unit and the reconnaissance units of the Dnepr group of troops makes it possible to inflict operational fire damage on identified enemy targets.

In the video, the artillerymen rolled out of the house - that’s what they nicknamed one of the main shelters, not without reason. And after a few kilometers, along one of the well-developed routes, we arrived at the firing position.
There were no planned goals in recent days - only urgent ones, requiring maximum speed at all stages. Unmasking the installation, regrouping, choosing the most advantageous position, and, of course, the combat work itself. In recent days, servicemen especially remember the destruction of the enemy's Grad MLRS during a counter-battery fight.
This enemy Grad, burned along with its ammunition, hit exclusively our peaceful border settlements. Punishing him was a matter of honor for the artillerymen and reconnaissance. The gunners act as quickly as possible. The command has already appreciated the effectiveness of the strikes more than once: many fighters have been awarded state awards. Risking their lives, they carried out the most difficult tasks under the nose of the enemy, more than once they found themselves under fire, but each time they returned victorious.

The crews of multi-functional supersonic fighter-bombers Su-34 of the Russian Aerospace Forces struck an enemy stronghold and manpower in the South Donetsk direction in the air defense zone. The bombing was carried out with high-explosive aircraft bombs with a universal planning and correction module, which made it possible to deliver precise strikes without entering the enemy air defense zone.
Having received confirmation from intelligence that the targets had been destroyed, the planes returned safely to the departure airfield.

Operators of the Orlan-10 unmanned aerial vehicle of the 3rd Army Corps of the Southern Group of Forces conduct round-the-clock reconnaissance of targets and adjustment of artillery fire in the Artyomovsk direction.
During combat duty, crews of the Orlan-10 multifunctional UAV complexes carry out flights to tactical depths for reconnaissance and search for targets, further adjusting the fire of various types of weapons, and also monitor fire damage to objects, manpower and equipment of Ukrainian Armed Forces units. The Orlans and their operators work in shifts. It takes the crew no more than 15 minutes to refuel and prepare the drone for a new mission.
Operators of the complex constantly record and transmit to control centers the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which use terrorist tactics in conducting combat operations, placing strong points and firing points in private residential sectors and social infrastructure facilities.
To search for targets and recognize them, the UAV is equipped with various optical devices and a thermal imager. It can be assembled in a few minutes; Orlan can take off from any place where it is possible to install a launch catapult. Orlan-10 drones have been actively used since the very beginning of the special military operation and have established themselves as an indispensable means of reconnaissance and fire adjustment.

During combat work, the fighters had to neutralize various types of Soviet-style mines, as well as unexploded elements of cluster munitions and foreign-made mines.

The shooting was carried out with high-explosive fragmentation shells, which made it possible to inflict maximum damage to the enemy’s fortifications and manpower. After hitting the target, the artillery crew camouflaged the gun and quickly left the firing position, taking cover in a camouflaged dugout.
Artillerymen of the 1st Army Corps of the Southern group of forces regularly provide fire cover for advanced Russian units in the Avdeevka direction, destroying planned and unplanned targets at distances of over 20 kilometers. Thanks to their work, the enemy constantly suffers losses in manpower and equipment, and is also unable to move, supply ammunition and rotate personnel.
