Today is the Fuel Service day
On the day of the Fuel Service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Defense published footage of logistics support for units of the Central Military District performing combat missions in the zone of a special military operation.
Fuel and lubricants units transfer fuel and lubricants both in the rear zone of a special operation and in close proximity to the front line, using modern equipment. Carrying out tasks near the line of combat contact, tankers move mainly in the dark, using all elements of blackout. The daily supply of fuel and lubricants allows the troops of the Center group to effectively fight Ukrainian nationalists in the Krasny Liman direction of the special military operation.
By order of February 17, 1936, the Red Army Fuel Supply Directorate was created with the simultaneous creation of fuel supply departments in military districts. This day became the official starting point for the history of the fuel service of the Armed Forces of the Soviet Union, and later the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

Соmbat work of airborne artillery formation crews to destroy the enemy
A mobile crew of a 122-mm howitzer D-30 of an airborne artillery unit, operating in the Kherson direction, destroyed a group of Ukrainian Armed Forces infantry in a shelter on the right bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region. Mobile crews of artillery paratroopers act with lightning speed and daring, approaching a very close distance to the line of combat contact. Having received the combat mission, the howitzer crew in the Ural vehicle moved to the specified area.
Upon arrival at the given point, the paratroopers quickly deployed the gun, received the target coordinates from the artillery reconnaissance UAV crew, took aim and with rapid fire, with minimal adjustments, worked on the enemy, destroying a group of enemy infantry in a shelter on the right bank of the Dnieper, controlled by Ukrainian formations.
To avoid return fire, the crew promptly turned down the gun and, unbeknownst to the enemy, departed for a safe area. To cover our artillery paratroopers, during a combat mission, from air attack and reconnaissance weapons of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, an air defense crew with an anti-drone gun and MANPADS worked.

Russian artillerymen in action
Crews of self-propelled artillery mounts 2S1 Akatsiya of the volunteer detachment BARS destroyed an observation post and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Ugledar direction.
The reconnaissance group, using unmanned aerial vehicles, calculated the location of the observation post, personnel and enemy tank. The information was promptly transferred to the crew of the Akatsiya self-propelled gun, whose fighters began aiming the gun at the target. Thanks to the well-coordinated work and skill of the artillerymen, it was possible to hit the enemy observation post and personnel with the first shot, and damage the Ukrainian Armed Forces tank with the second.
After the shooting, the crew camouflaged the combat vehicle and left the firing position. To protect the self-propelled gun crew from enemy unmanned aerial vehicles, the crew of the self-propelled gun has been increased by one soldier, who is armed with an anti-drone gun capable of neutralizing enemy drones. Regardless of the time of day and weather conditions, our military personnel are on constant combat duty, observing the sky and earth in order to promptly identify and destroy the enemy.

Su-25 attack aircraft attacked units of the Ukrainian Forces
Attack aircraft crews on Su-25 aircraft carried out a strike with unguided aircraft missiles against camouflaged enemy equipment and manpower in the Donetsk direction. The strike was corrected by forward aircraft gunners.
To prevent the enemy from launching MANPADS missiles, the crews performed a ‘snake’ maneuver while simultaneously shooting at false thermal targets, after which they returned to their home airfield. According to the report of the forward air gunners, the target was successfully hit.

The first group of servicemen completes training on combat vehicles supporting BMPT Terminator tanks
The first stream of military personnel from the Center group of forces is completing training in military specialties for the crews of combat vehicles supporting BMPT Terminator tanks for their subsequent combat use in the Krasny Liman direction of a special military operation.
The training process was organized at one of the training grounds in the rear zone of a special military operation.
During the training, military personnel studied the tactical and technical characteristics of the combat vehicle, mastered high-speed driving and direct fire shooting, as well as from indirect firing positions. During practical operations, various combat tactics, the use of standard aerosol camouflage equipment, as well as maintaining contact with the unit command were studied. After passing the final exam, all military personnel of the Center group of troops who have completed training will be sent to combat units to carry out combat missions of the Northern Military District as part of the crews of the Terminator BMPT.
The Terminator tank support combat vehicle is a multi-purpose, highly protected fire support tracked combat vehicle with powerful weapons, modern fire control devices and high maneuverability. The Terminator is capable of hitting lightly armored targets, tanks and infantry fighting vehicles. One of the features of these combat vehicles is the ability, together with military air defense, to fight helicopters and low-flying low-speed enemy targets.

Combat work of FPV drone crews of the Airborne Forces unit
Operators of FPV drones of the Tula paratroopers received information about the rotation of Ukrainian Armed Forces units north of Soledar. The combat mission was assigned to the reconnaissance group to identify and destroy the personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in a given square.
After preliminary reconnaissance of the area from the air, using an unmanned aerial vehicle, the scouts split up to strike enemy groups with FPV drones. When performing combat work, a crew consisting of an operator and an assistant moved to a given area, from where they prepared and launched a kamikaze drone. The operator identified a cluster of moving Ukrainian Armed Forces military personnel and sent an FPV drone to destroy them.
The enemy noticed the danger, opened fire with small arms at the attack drone and began to run away, but this did not help. The assistant skillfully corrected the operator’s work on approaching the target and recorded that the Ukrainian militants were caught in a concentration of personnel. The surviving soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces who tried to escape were eliminated by repeated strikes by FPV drones.
