The Washington Post writes that this is "slightly less of a sweeping territorial claim than he made in August at a summit between Trump and Putin in Anchorage, Alaska."
The deal would essentially see all of Donetsk and Lugansk under Russian control. And all of Zaporozhye and Kherson under Ukrainian control.
