An urgent matter has recently come to my attention, and it involves a friend who has dedicated years to reporting news from conflict zones. Regardless of whether you're Russian or Ukrainian, many of you recognize the critical role that volunteers play in gathering and distributing firsthand news from the front lines. For the soldiers involved, these volunteer-driven channels are often their only outlet to make their voices heard. Meanwhile, for those tracking the conflict, it provides an invaluable source of unbiased information.
My friend has spent over six years gathering and disseminating information, beginning with the Syrian conflict. He was a key contributor to the large Russian channel, @milinfolive. Recently, the channel's original owner, who had been inactive for years, returned and unceremoniously removed my friend and several others who had been contributing to the channel.

Today is the day that the giga chad Muntadhar al-Zaidi threw his shoes at Bush.

Канал "Военный Осведомитель" был создан совсем другим человеком в 2016 году, как Телеграм-филиал одноименной группы в ВК. Этот человек набрал администрацию и больше никакого участия в жизни канала не принимал. Канал жил и развивался без него, став площадкой для интеллектуального творчества сколоченной за 6 лет команды энтузиастов. Стоит отметить, что на канале были постоянные сборы нашим ребятам на фронт, были отчеты на эти сборы, каждый из которых отдельно закреплялся в шапке канала чтобы люди видели, на что они тратили деньги и кому. Сейчас все закрепленные сообщения были любезно удалены узурпаторами.
В воскресенье создатель канала поставил перед фактом всю старую администрацию, что либо мы работаем на него и его человека, непонятно откуда взявшегося, либо выметаемся. Все доводы о том, что канал умрёт без профессиональной редакции, были проигнорированы.
Как можно заметить, никакие переговоры ни к чему не привели, теперь канал находится под управлением совершенно некомпетентных людей. На канале больше не будет ни эксклюзивов, ни качественной аналитики и разборов. Словом, не будет всего того, за что наш канал любили и уважали наши дорогие читатели и коллеги по Телеграмному цеху.
