I've seen this before. Unfortunately, Session does not allow adding additional Admins. Also, it is a bug that if someone other than the channel creator adds people, those people sometimes cannot see any messages. The only work-around that we've found so far is for the channel creator to be the only one who adds people. It's a pain, but still minimally workable.
