The British Army in World War 2 wore more formal attire in the Sahara desert than Zelensky does sitting by a log fire in the White House.

One of the (many) reasons Zelensky so grates on people is that they're aware of the excessive PR spin. It's a constant drive to instil in the masses the idea he's fresh off the frontlines and facing hardships they aren't, so you don't mind your nation being bled white to fill his coffers.

The mainstream media seem to be settling on this style of image to represent Musk for all the hit-pieces to come. It's unusual because the standard procedure of representing their enemies is a bellowing Fash, the angry Big Man who's whipping the rubes up into a frenzy. Their depiction of Musk is the cold and calculating Machiavellian, soft spoken but deeply dishonest and deceitful.

More generally as a populist figure Musk is seen as more of a chaotic Joker figure, or The Mule from Asimov's Foundation. The media seem to be onto that, they want him thought of as The Penguin, or even Hannibal Lector instead.

Also a prescient point; the reason we have systems in place to detect excess deaths in the first place is so when something is wrong we can detect it and investigate what is happening. For example, it may be that the water supply is contaminated. Yet we've had excess deaths for months and months across the West and no action is being taken by those in control.

I worked in the petro-chemical industry for years. If a machine overheats it triggers an alarm system, if no action is taken within a few minutes the machine will automatically cut-out. Yet, in terms of excess deaths, the alarms have been wailing for months and no action is being taken, the machine is not shutting down, despite the alarms the operators are carrying on anyway.

The theory going around that the channel migrants are a secret UN Army is utterly ridiculous and it’s depressing how many people take it seriously.

1. If it was a UN Army they wouldn’t be smuggled in on rubber dinghies in the channel, they’d be flown straight to military bases and you wouldn’t know.

2. The British Government does not need a secret foreign army to police the public they do fine as it is.

3. Immigration policy is about breaking the back of the ethnic makeup of Britain while making the elites buckets of cash.

4. Even an argument for an impending police state doesn’t work because it’s quite clear the technocrats think they can achieve that aim with digital surveillance, no UN Army is needed for that either.

The theory is gibberish and deliberate misdirection.
