I understand you lost access to the wallet and you dont have the seedphrase anymore. Thats unfortunate as there is nothing the team could possibly do. As the seedphrase is the only "key" to the wallet.

Which is a normal practice with non - custodial wallets. (Meaning only the user has the seedphrase "key")

The xportal team is always available during the day (European time) to help and go above and beyond. I see you are not satisfied with the service, asking the creator to punish is a bit extreme though isn't it?

Did you know there's also a dedicated xportal channel to get assistance too?

If it was a swap or buying with fiat in times of high volatility you can definitely expect some difference in price and swings. If it's something else then perhaps it can be resolved

Sorry to read you have a mental disability as you mention above. That must be hard to deal with. You are right there are lots of scammers on telegram so always be on alert (ignore DMs etc). But as for xportal, it is one of, if not The most secure and safe wallets in the space. Highly trustworthy. Like most things you might have to learn to navigate around but it is generally very user friendly. Good luck and be safe out there

Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I contacted support, but they did not provide a helpful solution. I lost more than 10 units of currency and did not receive proper assistance. In my experience, the service and support quality were poor. I do not recommend this platform, and I will not use MultiversX again.

This company is fraudulent and selfish. I asked for support, but they didn't help. Over 10 units of currency went to waste. Don't invest in them; they're scammers and won't help you if anything happens. I will never buy from MultiversX again. May the creator punish them.
