Currently there's no option to add new dapps, some updates are ongoing, so this option is paused. Devs are aware that it's one of the best features on xportal and hopefully a timely solution will be found. I will tag you when I know more

This have changed a bit in this direction... you only need 1250 to start and the community/friends can delegate the rest but the threshold changes based on staked EGLD, number of nodes, etc.

Right now the Node Qualification Threshold is 3686 EGLD. You can watch it live here: https://explorer.multiversx.com/auction-list

Here's the current status & progress:

Finish triaging the remaining security submissions. Fix what applies.

Apply the relevant findings from the external audit, which wrapped about two weeks ago.

Deploy to public Testnet, ideally in smaller validated steps rather than one large push.

Update public Devnet so builders who didn’t participate in BoN can validate their applications against Supernova.

Then Mainnet.
