Why not? Is your phone updated to the latest OS version? Are you trying to access it directly from xPortal? If yes, is the app updated to the latest version? If you're trying through a browser, did you cleared your cookies/cache and retried?

I would like to see Beni do more media appearances as a spokesperson for BTC - that is the narrative right now. Get people asking “who is this dude and what does he do”, then they organically find MvX and xPortal, and eventually the best ticker in the space, EGLD. But before all that, before trying to get people to onboard onto an altcoin again, why not be at the forefront of BTC adoption?

A few actionable items that come to mind:
1. Make sure your device has the latest OS version installed & everything is up to date.
2. Ensure you have enough storage space on your device.
3. Make sure you're using a stable internet connection. Change from Wifi to mobile data & vice versa.
4. Check that xPortal is updated to the latest version.
5. After clearing your current browser’s cache and cookies, try using a fresh browser as well.
