Why not? Is your phone updated to the latest OS version? Are you trying to access it directly from xPortal? If yes, is the app updated to the latest version? If you're trying through a browser, did you cleared your cookies/cache and retried?

I would like to see Beni do more media appearances as a spokesperson for BTC - that is the narrative right now. A few actionable items that come to mind:
1. Make sure your device has the latest OS version installed & everything is up to date.
2. Ensure you have enough storage space on your device.

4. Check that xPortal is updated to the latest version.
5. After clearing your current browser’s cache and cookies, try using a fresh browser as well.
