To make transactions you can download and install the official nxt wallet from https://www.jelurida.com/nxt/downloads. If you don't plan to run a node nor to forge, you can just install it as "light client" so that you can start making transaction right away after installing it, without having to wait for the blockchain to be downloaded to your local device.

By the way, the wallet at nxt.jelurida.com is a read-only wallet, so sending any type of transactions is disabled there, as stated in the landing page there.

the latest one is version 1.13.1, although the "Windows Installer" for this version isn't available, yet. For now it's available the Linux version, Android version and the "Universal zip package", which can be run in any platform although it doesn't have a installer

The migration will be automatic, but it needs to be approved by most forging nodes, which have to be running the latest version 1.13.1.
For regular users (who don't forge) once the migration has been approved by forging nodes and the process completed (snapshot taken, and then a new version of the Ardor wallet released which will include the Nxt child chain with the balances from the snapshot) they'll just have to log-in in the Ardor wallet with the credentials they currently use to log-in to their Nxt wallet to see their migrated balances

Unfortunately, NXT is not listed on any CEX right now. That's one of the reasons why the core team is proposing to migrate the NXT blockchain to ARDOR, /channel/NxtCommunity/303115 where NXT would become a new Child Chain on the Ardor Parent Chain. That way, NXT could be traded on the Ardor DEX (A.K.A. The Coin Exchange) and could be traded vs other Chain tokens in the ecosystem such as IGNIS, BITS and ARDOR

Ok then how do I send a transaction if I can’t use the nxt.jelurida wallet. And I was using a password and not seed so what wallet should I use to validate my address. I see I have nxt in the wallet address .

It looks like that passphrase you are typing doesn't belong to that account, but to a different account. Check for typos when typing your passphrase - a passphrase usually contains 12 words in lowercase, with a single space between each word. Make sure you are not adding any extra space at the begining or at the end of the passphrase - it may happen when you copy/paste your passphrase from somewhere else. Also check for misspellings, capital letters, etc

I logged into my nxt.jelurida com using my address. It says my account is not registered. Then I decided to try with passphrase and get passphrse is associated with unregistered account… so what can I do? I move nxt to wallet 2 years ago
