Since you were holding NXT coins in your wallet when the Ardor Genesis Snapshot took place, you received some IGNIS (i.e. Ardor's main Child-chain) at 1 NXT = 0.5 IGNIS ratio during the ARDOR blockchain launch on the 1st of January, 2018.
To get access to them, you just need to download and install the Ardor wallet and log-in there using the same credentials you currently use to log-in to your Nxt wallet - i.e. use the same passphrase, and/or the same account number but changing the prefix from NXT-...-...-...-... to ARDOR-...-...-...-...
Your IGNIS coins are there in that account on the ardor blockchain, waiting for you.

Account NXT-5RF3-6QU8-PN65-2RZQM is empty, and never had any NXT in it. And obviously the same thing applies for ARDOR-5RF3-6QU8-PN65-2RZQM. Use the official Nxt wallet or a block explorer such as https://nxtportal.org to check the balances yourself.
Make sure you wrote the address properly.
