Even Striker knows that Mike is feeding people a line to try and justify their own idiocy. His claims about the staff are true as well. He never requested oversight over me however. Unless his idea of oversight is the parallel staff of personal friends he said he wanted to make to physically remove people(Thaiguy) he disliked from events.
On the NJP side Strikers pay was only going to be cut after months of not keeping up with the writing schedule we had set up for him. $2000 a month to write one article every three weeks was effectively theft so we asked him to please keep up or we would have to cut back his pay. TRS was planning to cut his pay off because Jesse had wanted him gone for years. Both of these things happened to coincide, but were not planned to. Strikers removal came after months of nonstop arguing with him in the central committee chat, and after everybody agreed that there was nothing left to be done.
Michael’s removal was something nobody in the CC wanted besides me. The guy owed the party almost $7000, had been actively undermining members of the CC to insiders to try to bolster his position, was engaged in an ongoing sex scandal, abused prescription drugs, hosted a fed posting chat which routinely discussed illegal actions, and had even committed felony level gun crimes he was never caught for, though several others know this claim is true. The NJPs collapse began with his removal because nobody else had the common sense to remove a clear walking red flag.
In the future any organization or party will need to be far more harsh, and never allow ‘leaders’ with emotional attachments to clearly problem people. It will only create issues for the org.

There isn't any evidence Ben Shapiro funds HIAS. The name Ben Shapiro is on their list of donors, but there are plenty of other Ben Shapiros in the US and I seriously doubt he would actually fund an open borders NGO, given how bad that looks.
