అసలు నిజం ఏంటో చూద్దాం.
2013-14 కి ప్రభుత్వ రంగ సంస్థలు మార్కెట్ కాపీటలైజేషన్ మొత్తం సుమారు ₹11.00లక్షల కోట్లు. అప్పటికి ఇంకా LIC మార్కెట్ లో లిస్ట్ అవ్వలేదు. దాని విలువ సుమారు ₹2లక్షల కోట్లు. అంటే మొత్తం సుమారుగా ₹13లక్షల కోట్లు.
అదే 2024-25 వచ్చే సరికి ప్రభుత్వ రంగ సంస్థలు మార్కెట్ కాపీటలైజేషన్ మొత్తం సుమారు ₹50.00లక్షల కోట్లు దాటింది.
ఉదాహరణగా ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న ఒక పెద్ద 5 ప్రభుత్వ రంగ సంస్థల, విలువ వాటి లాభం
2013-14 లో ఎంత ఉంది? ఇప్పుడు అంటే మే 2025కి ఎంత ఉంది? వాటి విలువ, లాభాలు పెరిగాయా? తగ్గాయా? అని చూద్దాం.
1) SBI కి 2013-14లో విలువ సుమారు ₹1.40 లక్షల కోట్లు ఉండగా లాభం ₹10,800కోట్లు.
అదే ప్రస్తుత విలువ ₹6.92 లక్షల కోట్లు కాగా
లాభం ₹61,000కోట్లు
2) LIC కి 2013-14లో మార్కెట్ లో లేదు. దాని విలువ ప్రభుత్వ లెక్కలు ప్రకారం సుమారు ₹2లక్షల కోట్లు..
ప్రస్తుత విలువ ₹6,37,800
లాభం ₹46,670
3) ONGC 2013-14లో : 2,39,600 కోట్లు. లాభం
₹22,094 కోట్లు
ప్రస్తుతం ₹3,51,200 crore లాభం ₹38,356
4) NTPC 2013-14లో విలువ సుమారుగా ₹1,03,500కోట్లు.
లాభం ₹10,900కోట్లు. అదే ప్రస్తుతం ₹3,48,300 కోట్లు. లాభం ₹20,900కోట్లు
5) IOCL 2013-14లో విలువ ₹₹65,400 కోట్లు
లాభం ₹7,018.84. ప్రస్తుతం విలువ ₹2,17,600కోట్లు లాభం ₹39,619 crore
అంటే మొత్తం మార్కెట్ క్యాపిటలైజేషన్ లిస్టెడ్ ప్రభుత్వ రంగ సంస్థల మార్కెట్ క్యాప్ 2013-14లో సుమారు ₹13లక్షల కోట్ల నుండి 2024-25లో ₹50.03 లక్షల కోట్లకు పెరిగింది. ఈ పెరుగుదల కు బ్యాంకింగ్ రంగంలో SBI, ఇన్సూరెన్స్ రంగంలో LIC , రక్షణ రంగంలో HAL మరియు ఇంధన రంగంలో ONGC, NTPC కారణమయ్యాయి. ఈ పెరుగుదల భారతదేశ ఆర్థిక వృద్ధిని ప్రతిబింబిస్తోంది.
ప్రభుత్వ సంస్థల నికర లాభాలు కూడా ₹1,15,277 కోట్ల నుండి ~₹2,30,000–2,40,000 కోట్లకు అంటే రెట్టింపు అయ్యాయి. వీటిల్లో బ్యాంకింగ్ మరియు ఇంధన రంగాలు ముందంజలో ఉన్నాయి.
ఆత్మనిర్భర్ భారత్, మేక్ ఇన్ ఇండియా విధానాల కారణంగా రక్షణ రంగ PSU అయిన HAL బాగా పెరిగింది. రాఫెల్ కోసం HAL ని నాశనం చేశారు అని రాహుల్ అన్న దానికి విరుద్ధంగా HAL విలువ పెరిగింది. 2013-14కి HAL షేర్ మార్కెట్ కి రాలేదు. 2018లో వచ్చింది. అప్పటికి దాని విలువ సుమారు ₹15,000కోట్లు. 2018 లో స్టాక్ మార్కెట్ లోకి వచ్చిన తరువాత దాని విలువ భారీగా పెరిగింది. ప్రస్తుతం దాని మార్కెట్ విలువ ₹2,94,500కోట్లు..
