Mexican drug cartels have set up shop on tribal reservations in SD because they know the federal government has jurisdiction over those lands, and that the Biden administration is "letting it happen."
"Even though South Dakota isn't a neighboring state to Texas, we're on the front lines of this thing," Noem said on "Eric Bolling The Balance." "I've got nine Native American tribes, and the cartels are set up on our tribal grounds. They are facilitating this drug trafficking, this human trafficking through my tribal grounds here in South Dakota because I don't have jurisdiction there.

NEW: A San Diego resident provided @FoxNews video he shot at Marine Street beach in La Jolla yesterday showing a boat full of suspected illegal immigrants landing on the shore, then running off into a residential area. Unclear if they were ever caught.

He tells me: "I was taking photos of the waves on my GoPro in the water when all of a sudden I saw a boat flooring it right at me towards the beach. I moved slightly south and began recording. The boat then beached itself and 8 or so people ran off the boat. At that point I was a bit worried they may be armed and kept a distance/continued to record."
