The approach that can lead this nation out of its darkness.

Fouad of the Resistance.

Note: The martyr leader Fouad Shukr says in the attached video; "Today, with your jihad, and the jihad of the fighters wherever they may be, and especially with the blood of the martyrs, and the wounds of the wounded, and the suffering of the prisoners, every oppressed person in the world and every Muslim in the world has become, and every believer wherever they may be considers that the only savior who can bring this nation out of its darkness is this approach that Imam Khomeini set forth, and which is from the guidance and blessings of the Imam of our Time, may Allah hasten his honorable reappearance. So this resistance and this jihad are the most important achievements that we are proud of. It's accomplishments are proof to people of the soundness and safety of this path that is connected to our Imams, peace be upon them, and to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him and his family."

🇾🇪 Highlights from the speech of Ansarallah Commander Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr El-Din al-Houthi, 24, July, 2025 (1/2):

The scenes of children and their suffering in Gaza are heartbreaking—a stain of shame on all humanity, especially Muslims.

Children in Gaza endure immense suffering. The "israeli" enemy has made them a primary target of its criminal and unjust aggression.

The enemy deliberately blocks infant formula to starve them, targeting them systematically as part of its genocidal agenda.

Where are the rights of children and human rights? Where are the Western slogans used to deceive the world?

Pregnant women and the elderly in Gaza are also being targeted. Their suffering is deeply painful and tragic.

Palestinian women in Gaza are being deprived of all rights. The scenes are horrific—bombed with American weapons and forced from one area to another.

Many people in Gaza have gone five days without food. Not a single bite.

Over a thousand Palestinians were martyred this week by U.S.-backed death traps and targeted bombings.

The starvation imposed on Gaza is a horrifying crime and a disgrace to all humanity—foremost to Muslims and Arabs.

71,000 Palestinian children face the risk of death due to acute malnutrition. 17,000 mothers need immediate intervention to survive starvation-related complications.

900,000 children in Gaza suffer from hunger—70,000 are already experiencing malnutrition.

Where is the Arab League? What are they doing about the genocide, starvation, and forced displacement?

One method of enforced thirst is to push Gaza’s people from areas with limited access to water into areas with none at all.

Palestinians in Gaza feel abandoned—first and foremost by Arabs and Muslims, who bear the greatest responsibility.

Where are the Arabs? What happened to the Muslims? Why this silence and indifference in the face of Gaza’s tragedy? Where is the human, Islamic, and moral conscience?

A nation of two billion Muslims and hundreds of millions of Arabs, with only a few standing clearly and firmly against the enemy.

Zionism is criminal, oppressive, exploitative, and enslaving—first to Arabs, then to the rest of the Muslim world.

It has inherited the colonial legacy of greed, seeking to monopolize nations’ resources, erase their identities, and enslave them.

Since the beginning of Palestine’s occupation, Arab engagement has been weak—falling short of the responsibility and the magnitude of the threat.

The Arab stance remained haphazard and feeble, eventually sliding into disgraceful normalization.

Normalization is not merely diplomatic—it is collaboration with an enemy to both our religion and worldly affairs.

For 22 months, Arab and Muslim regimes have continued shipping food and goods to the "israeli" enemy.

Some even increased trade during this time—among them major regimes of the Muslim world.

We are witnessing two parallel paths: "israel" escalating its aggression to new heights, and Arab and Muslim regimes working to suppress solidarity with Palestinians.

Major Arab regimes take a hostile stance toward Iran for one reason: because Iran dares to support the Palestinian people more than they do.

Their entire political orientation is against any serious, sincere support for the Palestinian cause.

The more the "israeli" enemy escalates its destruction and displacement, the more restrained and immobilized the ummah becomes.

Peace with such a barbaric enemy—who denies our basic rights—is not peace. It is surrender in the guise of peace.

Even as "israel" continues its crimes in Lebanon and Syria, Arab regimes keep preaching peace to restrain any reaction or resistance.

While "israel" bombs, destroys, and displaces, regimes address our peoples with messages of peace: “Don’t act, we are committed to peace!”

These regimes have reached a point where their repression mirrors that of the West, where criticizing "israel" is framed as “antisemitism.”

🟢 Hamas:

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

The Islamic Resistance Movement - Hamas affirms that, since the beginning of the negotiation process, it has dealt with all files with full national responsibility and high flexibility, and has been keen to reach an agreement that stops the aggression and ends the suffering of our people in the Gaza Strip.

The Movement submitted its latest response after extensive consultations with Palestinian factions, mediators, and friendly countries, and dealt positively with all observations it received, reflecting a sincere commitment to the success of the mediators' efforts and constructive engagement with all initiatives presented.

We are surprised by the negative statements of the US envoy, Steve Witkoff, regarding the Movement's position, at a time when mediators expressed their welcome and satisfaction with this constructive and positive stance, which opens the door to reaching a comprehensive agreement.

The Movement affirms its keenness to complete the negotiations and engage in them in a way that contributes to overcoming obstacles and reaching a permanent ceasefire agreement.

Resistance News Network

This is a brief story.

It is the 24th of July in 2022, past midnight. A zionist special force infiltrates Al-Yasmina neighborhood in Nablus, the fortress of blooming resistance. They are, as usual, here to target a group of brave young men, foolishly thinking it will stop the resistance project being built. Occupiers fail to learn and remember.

The night sky was studded with stars above the neighborhood they called home. The invaders were strangers to the land. A group of friends—no, brothers—are fighting shoulder-to-shoulder. The first Lions of the Den: the founder Mohammad Al-Azizi (Abu Saleh) the co-founder Aboud (Abdelrahman) Soboh, Mohammed Herzallah (Abu Hamdi), the Lion of Nablus Ibrahim Al-Nabulsi, the general commander Wadie Al-Houh, the Qassami Lion Musab Shtayyeh, and others were engaged in the fight from Abu Saleh's home. The Battle of Al-Yasmina was underway.

The battle was long and fierce. Residents still recall the voice of of Aboud screaming: "Hasten to jihad!" echoing through the neighborhood.

Mohammed Abu Saleh, a leader, ensures that his brothers leave the battlefield safely. People say that that night, after Abu Saleh thought he was alone, he went to the roof alone to clash with the forces until the last bullet. Another rifle refused to follow orders and continued to roar alongside our Lion. He could not see who it was, but he didn’t have to. “We are by Allah’s help, capable, man,” Mohammad once said. “Me and all the guys, as long as we support each other and Allah is our support. Look at me, who has my back? Aboud Soboh!”

Him and Aboud rose together, their roars echoing throughout the night, heard to this day in the alleys of the Old City. Mohammed Abu Hamdi succumbed to his injuries later in November. Ibrahim, Wadie, Farooq—all were present at the funeral.

I will not enter Heaven, unless you are with me.

That night gave birth to a group forever etched in the history of liberation. 40 days after their martyrdom, the Lions’ Den is officially announced in a parade in the heart of Nablus. They grew to become one of the most loved and respected factions in Palestine, representing Palestinian unity with members of all factions fighting under the flag of Palestine, refusing to submit, refusing to surrender, and refusing to compromise. They delivered their message with bullets to the enemy and "brief statements" to the popular cradle. From Al-Dahkil to Al-Nabulsi to Al-Tamimi to Al-Kilani and beyond, they convoy goes on. The torch is passed from one martyr to the next, fearlessly and with pride.

"We declare it openly. The time for fear has ended."

The story that started in Al-Yasmina neighborhood quickly spread. The fragrance of jasmines watered with the blood of the martyrs inspired thousands, in occupied Palestine and across the Arab world. Young fighters saw themselves in Aboud and Abu Saleh and Ibrahim and Wadie, picking up the rifle and refusing to let it fall. All of Palestine became the Lions' Den.

It is one thing to hear about martyrdom, to celebrate martyrs and exalt them as heroes. Have you ever considered what it means to choose to be a martyr? To fight with the goal of martyrdom before your eyes, as anything less is unworthy of the homeland? To willingly march towards your own death, to transcend it? Martyrs cheat death. You cannot kill a person who says: Here is my head. Come and take it.

Eternal glory to those who wrote their names on the walls of Al-Yasmina and the hearts of the people. Glory to those whose names will be taught in history books, indeed, as Wadie spoke. To those whose blood watered the soil of the homeland for poppies, jasmines, and roses to bloom.

Delusional, and then delusional, and then delusional is he who thinks that the Den has ended. The Den is an idea, and ideas do not die.

We will see who will besiege whom.

🚨 The Commission of Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club released harrowing new testimonies revealing the torture and abuse of Palestinians detained from Gaza. These include disappearances, starvation, medical neglect, sexual abuse, and psychological torture across multiple "israeli" prisons and military camps. (1/2):

These testimonies confirm that they represent just a fraction of the hundreds of documented accounts from Gaza detainees who were subjected to torture, abuse, and humiliation—including sexual assaults—which resulted in the death of dozens. Many others remain under enforced disappearance.

Testimonies from Inside the Prisons:

Detainee (M.Y.): “They poured boiling water on my body”
“I was arrested in February 2024 and underwent a field interrogation. I was then transferred to "Sde Teiman" camp for 25 days, then to a camp near Al-Quds, then to "Ofer" Prison, and later to "Negev" Prison. Throughout this period, I was subjected to all forms of torture. Even after being transferred to "Negev," boiling water was poured on my body. I’m currently held in the tent section of "Negev" Prison, where 27 prisoners are packed into each tent under extremely harsh conditions. We suffer continuous assaults, daily starvation, and humiliation. The food is inedible, so we fast and save all meals for a single evening meal. We are denied treatment, even for scabies, which has spread due to a lack of hygiene, protection, and medicine.”

Detainee (M.Y.): “I was stripped completely and forced to drink alcohol”
“I was arrested in February 2024 from the so-called ‘safe corridor.’ I was taken to the Gaza envelope area for 25 days, then to a camp near Al-Quds, followed by "Ofer" Camp where I stayed for 60 days, and finally to "Negev" Prison. In the Gaza envelope area, I was struck with a sharp object, and the wound required metal stitches that stayed in my head for 119 days, causing a scalp infection. In the camp near Al-Quds, I was stripped completely and forced to drink alcohol.”

Detainee (H.N.): “I attempted suicide after being told my family was killed”
“I was arrested in December 2024 at the Civil Administration checkpoint. I was beaten severely and stripped of my clothes. The interrogator told me that the "israeli" army had killed all my family members. I had a severe psychological breakdown and attempted suicide in my cell—my fellow detainees stopped me. During a lawyer’s visit, I learned that my family is alive. I broke down in tears and couldn’t believe what I heard.”

Detainee (H.D.): “We live in constant fear and terror”
“I was arrested in October 2024 at the Civil Administration checkpoint and underwent a field interrogation. I was held in the barracks in the Gaza envelope area for 110 days, then transferred to "Negev" Prison. We continue to endure extremely harsh conditions. Daily inspections, assaults, and humiliation are routine. They force us to kneel with our hands behind our backs during so-called ‘roll call/security checks.’ Diseases are widespread, and fear never leaves us. We are denied treatment and deliberately starved.”

Detainee (A.W.): “My vision was severely damaged from the beatings”
“I was arrested in February 2024 from a school in Khan Younis. The army detained over 100 civilians.

I was held in the barracks for 23 days, then moved to a facility near Al-Quds, then to Ofer, and finally to "Negev." During my transfer from "Ofer" to "Negev," I was struck on the head with my shackles, causing severe vision loss in my left eye, constant headaches, and balance issues. I also contracted scabies, which returned after treatment due to unhygienic conditions.”

Izkihim:
A mysterious 20-year-old man with a more mysterious nickname. Today, after months of pursuit, the IOF could only assassinate him from the air, fearing to come face-to-face with him.

Ashraf was chased for months. The IOF blew up his car and home in May. Ashraf, known as "Izkihim," was undeterred. Occasionally, the Al-Qassam Brigades in Tulkarem would release videos in the camp; Ashraf was always leading, front and center, whether with new explosives or in marches. Fearless, Ashraf advanced without retreating.

With him were his comrades, leaders in the Youth of Revenge and Liberation - Mohammed Awad and Mohammed Badie, shown together with Ashraf in the attached media.

So who is Ashraf? In reality, the first Ashraf Nafi' was one of the most prominent field commanders of the Al-Qassam Brigades in Tulkarem in 2004. He was nicknamed "Izkihim," and he ascended to martyrdom after years of pursuit and heroic operations.

After his martyrdom, his brother named his son Ashraf, after his uncle. From his uncle, Ashraf inherited his name, nickname, heroism, and leadership.

His nickname has a story as well, as "Izkihim" comes from the Arabic "isqihem" (meaning "drown them"). The nickname was given to Ashraf's uncle because during his clashes with the occupation, he would call out "Drown them ('isqihem') in bullets!," but due to his dialect, he would pronounce it as "izkihim."

Then and today, Tulkarem camp cries out: "O Ashraf, O Izkihim, to hell you will send them!"

"Open the Eastern Gate"
Today, July 23, marks the 22nd anniversary of the martyrdom of heroic commander and founder of the Al-Qassam Brigades, Salah Shehadeh (Abu Mustafa).

Salah Al-Din Mustafa Shehadah was born to a family displaced from Yaffa in February 1952 in Al-Shati' camp. In 1984, Salah founded the Martyr Izz El-Din Al-Qassam Brigades' secretive precursor, the "Palestinian Mujahideen," before it got its more famous name in 1991. From a small, limited group sharing guns to a 50,000-strong army, Sheikh Salah steered the trajectory of the Palestinian resistance from its inception, a mastermind of its dynamic strategies.

A personable figure, he worked as a social worker in Egypt before returning to Gaza and working in student affairs at the Islamic University in Gaza City. In 1984, he was was abducted without charge under the pretext of forming armed cells. As the first intifada grew closer, Salah embraced his national duty. Arrested again in 1988 for "leading Hamas' military wing," he endured severe torture, including plucking his beard hair by hair, culminating in 14 years in prison.

From there, Sheikh Salah made his major shift: from killing soldiers to capturing them. The goal was to free Palestinian prisoners, and he did so through a new, special Qassam unit formed with fellow prisoner Yahya Sinwar and Mahmoud Mabhouh: Unit "101."

"Open the Eastern Gate:" Sheikh Salah's orders from his prison cell. Soon after, "Avi Sasportas" was captured. Three months later, the gate opened again and "Ilan Saadon" was captured. With their equipment seized, both soldiers were killed, their bodies preserved for an exchange.

IOF Minister of War Yitzhak Mordechai personally interrogated Sheikh Salah to ask the captives' location. Sheikh Salah refused to speak unless his hands and feet were unbound. Then, Sheikh Salah told him: "I don't know" and denied knowledge of them. Mordechai called him a liar, and Sheikh Salah responded: "My men are brave believers, and they do not know lying or cowardice...Your armed soldiers surrendered themselves when they were captured and kissed the feet of the fighters so they could be released, calling to their mothers." Mordechai left the room.

Sheikh Salah was released in 2000 alongside threats that he would be assassinated if he returned to military activities. So, he did the appropriate thing: quit his job at the University and dedicated all his time to resistance.

Salah, pursued by both the zionist entity and PA, oversaw the launch of the first "Qassam" rocket and several operations that killed dozens of settlers. Under his and Adnan Al-Ghoul's guidance, Al-Qassam began manufacturing their own weapons, making him the "number one enemy" of Ariel Sharon.

Former Shin Bet head Yaakov Peri said: "None succeeded in breaking his will. He is strong and resilient, withstanding all kinds of torture and temptation."

In 2002, IOF warplanes dropped a one-ton bomb on Sheikh Salah's home in Al-Daraj, east of Gaza City, killing 18, including him, his wife Layla Khamees, his daughter Iman (14 years), and commander Zaher Nassar.

Al-Qassam Brigades vowed in a subsequent statement:

We pledge, O Sheikh Abu Mustafa, that we will ensure the zionists hear wailing in every house and see mourning in every street. We vow, O our commander, to deliver a response that pleases Allah, for we have learned from you how to please our Lord.

We pledge, Abu Mustafa, that our eyes will not rest and our eyelids will not close until the zionists see their bodies in every restaurant, station, bus, and on every sidewalk. We make this vow, and you know our commitment, that we will make the zionists curse the hour they thought of killing you. Abu Mustafa, rest in peace, for you have attained the martyrdom you wished for, our commander."

A month later, Jihad Hamada executed an operation that killed 10 settlers and wounded 46 in "Meron." The wailing rose through the second intifada.

Today, Sheikh Salah's legacy is alive within every red triangle, his spirit etched in the heart of the resistance and the annals of struggle.

“Flour Massacre” in Gaza: The Aid Trap Persists." published on Al-Akhbar, by Youssef Fares. Tuesday, July 22, 2025 (2/2):

Over 100 martyred, 250 injured, and dozens missing in the Zikim aid massacre

Field sources report that the "israeli" army surrounded thousands of civilians for 12 hours, opened intense fire on them, detained dozens, released some, and kept others under arrest. Gaza’s Ministry of Health confirmed that over 100 people were killed and 250 injured in the Zikim aid massacre, with many still missing.

This atrocity comes amid a total blockade on Gaza, now in its fourth month, during which "israel" has prevented aid from entering in any manner that ensures it reaches those in need. Instead, it enforces deadly American-made “aid traps.” Soldiers working for an American security company distribute limited supplies at four centers located in military zones in central and southern Gaza. Civilians are forced to walk for ten hours to reach them.

These centers have become daily death traps, typically accessed only by semi-organized gangs of risk-takers who later control market prices. The so-called “self-distribution” method—imposed even on the World Food Programme under the pretext of preventing Hamas from controlling aid—has also become a method of mass murder. On average, 30 Palestinians are killed daily while seeking aid.

The World Food Programme and UNRWA condemned the "israeli" massacres, confirming that the Zikim massacre included indiscriminate gunfire by occupation soldiers on starving civilians.

In a statement, the WFP warned that famine in Gaza has reached shocking levels and demanded safe conditions for aid work and the immediate entry of humanitarian supplies. The organization reported that one-third of Gaza’s population goes days without eating and that only 10% of needed aid has entered the strip since mid-May.

The WFP emphasized that enough food is stockpiled outside Gaza to feed the entire population, yet death rates from malnutrition are rapidly rising.

In the same context, Britain and 25 European countries issued a joint statement demanding an immediate end to the war on Gaza and calling on "israel" to fulfill its obligations under international law, including lifting restrictions on the flow of humanitarian aid. The statement condemned the current aid distribution system, affirming that “800 Palestinians have been killed while trying to access aid.” It also urged "israel" to allow the United Nations and international organizations to carry out their humanitarian missions.

🔴 Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine:

The systematic starvation war in Gaza surpasses Nazism and Fascism in its horror and brutality.

The continuation of the new Nazis' systematic starvation war against more than two million Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, concurrently with widespread bombing, forced displacement of exhausted displaced persons, systematic destruction of health and service infrastructure, and a severe drinking water crisis threatening the lives of residents, constitutes unprecedented major war crimes that exceed all known history of Nazism and Fascism.

The ease with which starving civilians are killed while trying to obtain aid from American-sponsored death traps brings to mind scenes from Nazi camps that prepared people for death by starvation and massacres. It confirms the direct involvement and actual participation of the United States in this heinous crime, which the occupation commits amidst intense bombing and siege that prevents the entry of the most basic necessities of life.

The world's silence and suspicious inaction in the face of this crime, its inability to hold the occupation accountable, and its blatant complicity with the United States, constitute a resounding moral fall and a scandalous betrayal of all humanitarian values. To leave an entire people to face real famine and slow death under siege and bombing is actual participation in this crime, committed in its most horrific new Nazi forms by the perpetrators of atrocities and criminals of this era, who continue their crimes without mercy, while the world contents itself with issuing hollow statements that are not worth the ink they were written with and have turned into tools of anesthesia and disguised complicity.

The peoples of the world are required to rise up and face their responsibilities, and to hold accountable everyone who participates directly or indirectly in this crime; for the time has come to triumph for humanity and dignity, as what is happening in Gaza exceeds all limits of cruelty and brutality.

Our people will not forgive or pardon those who faltered, colluded, or remained silent and left them alone to face hunger and extermination. The cries of hungry children will remain a witness, and history will not be merciful to the complacent and the onlookers.

🇾🇪 Highlights from the speech of Ansarallah Commander Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr El-Din al-Houthi, 24, July, 2025 (2/2):

Zionists pose a real danger to the ummah. What they do is not random or tactical—it is deliberate and rooted in a deeply malicious ideology.

Alongside their violation of Muslim lands, they harbor immense hatred and greed for our countries, wealth, and resources.

The criminal zionists, through their ideology and crimes, cannot be stopped except by action in accordance with divine law.

Without such action, their tyranny and evil will only grow, spreading across the world and threatening all peoples.

One of the most foolish and misguided demands is the call for Hamas to surrender its weapons—this includes the Palestinian Authority, which continues to demonstrate staggering ignorance, with some of its members actively serving "israeli" interests.

Justice and truth dictate that the "israeli" enemy should not possess a single weapon—yet it is armed with every type of deadly arsenal.

In Lebanon, certain parties with historically disgraceful ties to israel are pushing to disarm Hezbollah.

But Hezbollah’s weapons protect Lebanon’s freedom, sovereignty, and security.

Any attempt to disarm Hezbollah serves the enemy and is shameful, reckless, and foolish.

Our Islamic ummah is among the most in need of arms.

Why is our ummah expected to be disarmed while facing brutal and criminal "israel"-American aggression?

They target our religion and our worldly lives, and then demand we relinquish our weapons, leaving us defenseless.

History shows that those who disarm while facing a bloodthirsty enemy suffer extermination, humiliation, and death.

Wasn’t the Sabra and Shatila massacre in Lebanon only possible after Palestinian fighters left and weapons were surrendered?

The "israeli" enemy is supplied with the most destructive weaponry, yet our vulnerable, violated nations are told they shouldn’t be armed.

The steadfastness of our resistance fighters in Gaza continues, and their heroism is unmatched in today’s world. The "israeli" enemy itself admits it faces a serious dilemma in Gaza—it is in a deep military crisis.

The resistance in Gaza proves that the path of armed struggle is the right one.

Al-Qassam Brigades have carried out nearly 15 diverse operations, including ambushes, vehicle destructions, and sniper attacks. Saraya Al-Quds have also carried out critical and commendable operations.

The positions of the muftis of Oman and Libya are honorable. In contrast, Al-Azhar’s stance is disgraceful.

Yesterday, Al-Azhar issued a statement condemning "israeli" crimes—only to retract and delete it soon after. This is both saddening and shameful.

Such submission to false political calculations reflects the broader condition of many religious scholars—silent, submissive, and paralyzing to the ummah.

Those who openly discourage support for Gaza were the same who once issued fatwas demanding so-called jihad in Syria, Iraq, and other nations.

Today presents a tremendous opportunity for Muslims—if only they understand. The global condemnation of the "israeli" enemy’s crimes is unprecedented.

This past week, we launched 11 operations using hypersonic missiles and drones targeting occupied Palestine and the "israeli" enemy.

The naval blockade on "israel" continues, and the port of Umm al-Rashrash has once again been completely shut down, by God’s grace.

Since our support for Gaza began, we have launched 1,679 operations—missiles, drones, and naval attacks combined.

The enemy tried to disrupt Yemen’s stance, but it failed in both the first and second rounds of "israeli"-American-British aggression.

Yemen has endured 2,843 airstrikes and naval attacks—resulting in hundreds of martyrs and wounded.

Where are the rest of the ummah—even those who once moved under Islamic or jihadi banners? Why aren’t they standing for the Palestinian people?

In this tragedy, we share in the pain, grief, and suffering of the Palestinian people, and we are exploring additional escalatory options.

🟢 Hamas spokesperson Jihad Taha to Al-Manar:

Hamas and the resistance factions are dealing with all issues that serve our people with a high sense of responsibility, and this was reflected in the response delivered to the mediators.

Hamas and the resistance factions are keen on stopping the aggression and ending the suffering of our people in the Gaza Strip.

Mediators and the US administration must not allow the occupation to practice a policy of procrastination and evasion to thwart any agreed-upon deal.

We reject restricting the entry of aid to the Gaza Humanitarian Institution, which has been a death trap for our people and caused hundreds of martyrs.

We demand freedom for relief organizations to operate in Gaza and fulfill their humanitarian role, and to allow them to bring humanitarian aid to our people.

The occupation's practice of imposing a starvation policy and the continuation of the war of extermination and siege have led to the exacerbation of famine and humanitarian conditions.

Detainee (Kh.Y.): “My leg was broken, and I received no treatment”
“I was arrested in December 2023 from a school in the Shuja’iya neighborhood after displacement. I was taken to the barracks in the Gaza envelope area, then to "Negev." During my arrest, I was beaten so badly that my right leg joint was broken. I received no treatment despite the pain. Not even painkillers were provided. I suffer from constant pain and difficulty walking.”

Detainee (H.R.): “A police dog attacked me and tore into my foot”
“I was arrested in October 2024 in Rafah. I was subjected to a field interrogation and stripped. A police dog attacked me and tore into my foot. I was later transferred to the Gaza envelope area, where I underwent ‘disco interrogation’ and other sessions by intelligence forces. Then I was moved to "Ofer" Camp, followed by solitary confinement in the Al-Maskubiya for four months, and then interrogated by the military in "Ashkelon." Just last week, I was beaten savagely with batons.”

Key Facts on Gaza Detainees:

• Since the start of the genocide, human rights organizations have been unable to determine the exact number of Gaza detainees due to the widespread use of enforced disappearance. However, estimates place the number in the thousands.

• Testimonies from Gaza detainees are among the most harrowing due to the severity of the crimes committed against them.

• The occupation established new camps specifically for holding Gaza detainees, including: "Sde Teiman," "Anatot," "Ofer" Camp, "Naftali," and "Rakevet Ward" in Ramleh Prison.

• The majority of Gaza detainees are held in "Negev" Prison and "Ofer" Prison/Camp.

• As of early July 2025, the "israeli" Prison Authority listed 2,454 Gaza detainees classified as “unlawful combatants”—the highest recorded number since the genocide began. This figure does not include those held in military camps.

• The “Unlawful Combatant Law” is a main legal tool used to justify enforced disappearances. It violates international law in both form and substance and facilitates the widespread use of torture against Gaza detainees.

The Commision of Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club affirm that the occupation continues to commit genocide and crimes against the Palestinian people in full view of the world—without any serious efforts to halt it. Among the most brutal forms of this aggression are the ongoing crimes against detainees and prisoners. The longer this genocide continues, the more the impotence of international human rights organizations becomes apparent. It is no longer just a question of failure, but of the legitimacy of the entire rights-based system—especially in light of the exceptional immunity granted to the "israeli" occupation at the global level.

“Flour Massacre” in Gaza: The Aid Trap Persists." published on Al-Akhbar, by Youssef Fares. Tuesday, July 22, 2025 (1/2):

For 12 straight hours, ambulances and donkey carts ferried the wounded and the martyred from the area surrounding the “Zikim Gate” north of Beit Lahia in northern Gaza. These victims ascended after the occupation forces opened fire on thousands of starving civilians who had rushed to this dangerous zone in hopes of receiving aid. The enemy army has not allowed flour trucks to reach international organizations’ warehouses in any regular or coordinated manner. Instead, it has imposed a new mechanism dubbed “self-distribution,” serving as a cover for chaos and the massacres that come with it.

Through this method—now turned into death traps—unofficial information is leaked to residents about incoming aid trucks at specific locations. Based on such tips, thousands of desperate people flock to the route predetermined by the "israeli" army for the trucks’ passage. The day before yesterday, trucks were allowed to stop near the gate of the “Zikim” military base at the far north of Beit Lahia. As the first trucks entered and young men rushed to grab bags of flour, "israeli" tanks surrounded the crowd from all directions and began firing indiscriminately at them.

Mohammad Ashour, one of the wounded who narrowly escaped the massacre, said, “The occupation army forced the truck drivers to stop in an exposed and dangerous area. When hundreds of young men rushed to get flour, the supply had already run out. Then another truck was brought in, and as people surged forward again, the shelling and heavy gunfire began. We were trapped for over 8 hours, with soldiers firing wildly and relentlessly at us. Dozens of young men were killed, and many others wounded.”

According to Ashour, only eight trucks entered yesterday, while approximately 150,000 starving people were gathered, hoping to get flour. He added, “It was a slaughterhouse. I saw martyrs’ bodies torn in half. I saw people bleeding to death, with no one to help them.”

At Gaza City’s Al-Shifa Hospital, the scene was catastrophic. Dozens of corpses wrapped in shrouds—many labeled “Unknown Martyr”—were lined up, while hundreds of grieving mothers waited for any news about their missing sons. Umm Ahmad said, “My son left early in the morning to wait for the aid trucks. We haven’t heard a word from him since. I looked at the faces of every martyr, checked the morgue, and sent my other children to search for him in Beit Lahia—but still no news. He went to get us flour. We haven’t eaten anything in three days.”

Protest Outside Egyptian Embassy in Beirut Over Gaza Siege

Dozens of protesters gathered outside the Egyptian Embassy in Beirut, denouncing Israel’s blockade and starvation tactics in Gaza and demanding Egypt open Rafah crossing to allow humanitarian aid entry.

Clashes broke out between demonstrators and army forces after some protesters attempted to enter premises.

Protest organizers, including activists from Palestinian refugee camps across Lebanon, accused the Egyptian government of complicity in Gaza siege through its ongoing border closure and its normalization with Israel. They criticized Egypt and other Arab governments for failing to act, suppressing pro-Gaza protests, blocking aid convoys, and collaborating with Israel on security and trade.

Protesters called on Arab populations to pressure their governments, surround embassies viewed as complicit, and mobilize at the borders with occupied Palestine to demand an end to the blockade and stop the ongoing killing of civilians in Gaza.
