**Regarding the decision of the Authority President to call for new Palestinian National Council elections.*"
The Palestinian resistance factions consider that the first priority in this exceptional stage for our people is to stop the zionist aggression and the war of genocide and ethnic cleansing, break the siege on Gaza, stop the displacement and the zionist aggression targeting our people in the cities and camps of the West Bank, especially Jenin and Tulkarem, confront the judaization and settlement in Al-Quds and all parts of the occupied West Bank, and support the resistance that embodies the unity of our people in confrontation and steadfastness.
The decision of Authority President Mahmoud Abbas to hold new Palestinian National Council elections without national consensus and with preconditions is considered an overstepping and an infringement on national consensus, and a new departure from the collective decisions that defined the conditions for any electoral process. It entrenches individualism and division at these decisive and critical moments in the life of our national cause, which is being subjected to liquidation, conspiracies, and malicious schemes, and which necessitates the highest degrees of unity and solidarity among all components of our people.
The Palestinian resistance factions reiterate their rejection of the Authority President's call for National Council elections at this time and under these difficult circumstances for our people, and of the preconditions he set for membership in the National Council, especially those related to full commitment to the current Palestine Liberation Organization program and its international obligations. These conditions were set to exclude a wide and large part of Palestinian forces, activities, and personalities, and they entrench the Palestinian crisis instead of addressing it, especially since the current policy of the Palestine Liberation Organization has contributed significantly to the decline of the rights and status of our cause and our people.
The real and national way out of this crisis that our people are experiencing requires, first, joint and serious work to stop the bleeding in Gaza and the ethnic cleansing committed by the zionist entity under the patronage of the American administration and the complicity of the international community. Then, it requires a genuine political will that rejects individualism and leads to a comprehensive national dialogue with the effective participation of all various Palestinian forces, factions, and activities, to reach a resistant and comprehensive national program for rebuilding all our national institutions on the basis of true partnership, and mobilizing all components of our people in confronting the conspiracies and malicious schemes that aim to liquidate the Palestinian cause.

Civil Defense crews in the governorates of the Gaza Strip carried out 52 missions from yesterday morning, Tuesday, 22-07-2025, until this morning, Wednesday, including 3 firefighting missions, 5 rescue missions, 30 ambulance missions, and 13 other missions.
North Governorate:
• Extinguishing a fire that broke out in the Rumouz building in Al-Nasr area and transferring an injured person to Al-Sahaba Medical Complex.
• Dealing with 11 injured people and transferring them to hospitals, following the targeting of a home belonging to the Mushtaha family on Al-Mukhabarat Street.
• Transferring an injured person to Al-Kuwaiti Hospital following the targeting of a group of citizens at Al-Saftawi roundabout.
• Transferring 14 injured people to hospitals from those awaiting aid on Al-Bahr Street in the northern Gaza Strip.
• Transferring 3 medical cases from their homes and displaced persons' camps to the hospital for treatment.

• Extinguishing a fire in a targeted home belonging to the Al-Balaawi family on Al-Burhan Street in Al-Zaytoun neighborhood.
• After the occupation allowed entry to the area, our crews inspected a home belonging to the Al-Masri family that was targeted by the occupation in the Old City.
• Recovering the bodies of 5 martyrs and rescuing 6 injured people from a targeted home belonging to the Al-Shaer family near Al-Falah Mosque in Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, while 4 are still missing under the rubble.
• Transferring an injured person from Tal Al-Hawa area following a quadcopter drone targeting.
Central Governorate:
• Dealing with an injured person following a traffic accident at Al-Maghazi intersection and transferring them to the hospital.
• Transferring two patients from their homes to the hospital.
Khan Younis Governorate:

Regarding Mahmoud Abbas's decision to re-form the Palestinian National Council without national consensus
The Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas" is following with great concern the announcement issued by President of the Authority Mahmoud Abbas regarding his intention to re-form the Palestinian National Council before the end of the current year, unilaterally, away from national consensus, and in violation of the national agreements signed between various Palestinian factions.
This unilateral decision represents a serious transgression of the collective national will and a clear disregard for the Cairo, Algiers, Moscow, and Beijing agreements, all of which emphasized the necessity of rebuilding and activating the Palestine Liberation Organization on democratic and participatory foundations, with comprehensive participation of all Palestinian forces and factions, ensuring genuine representation for our people at home and abroad.
The continuation of the singular leadership in making fateful decisions without consensus entrenches division, weakens the Palestinian national position in confronting the occupation, and undermines efforts to restore national unity, at a time when we are most in need of unity and integrated efforts, in light of the war of extermination, starvation, and continuous zionist aggression our people are subjected to in the Gaza Strip, the settlement and displacement in the West Bank, and the ongoing Judaization plans for Al-Quds and the division of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
We, in the Hamas Movement, reject this unilateral path and call for an immediate halt to any unilateral steps. We demand the implementation of what was agreed upon in the national meetings, especially regarding the rebuilding of the Palestine Liberation Organization's institutions on the basis of partnership, ensuring the restoration of the organization's national liberation role as a comprehensive framework for all Palestinians.
We call upon the masses of our Palestinian people, their vibrant forces and factions, to reject this exclusionary approach, adhere to the option of unity and partnership, and work together to protect the national project and embody our people's aspirations for freedom, return, and independence.

🚨Gaza Update Summary (July 20th - July 22nd, 2025)
The last three days saw a brutal escalation against civilians, marked by repeated, systematic massacres of starving families awaiting aid. Simultaneously, the IOF launched a ground and air assault on Deir Al-Balah for the first time, demolishing entire residential blocks and forcing a new wave of displacement. The bombing unfolded against a backdrop of deepening famine, with dozens, including infants, ascending due to malnutrition and the collapse of the healthcare system.
Sunday, July 20th: The day saw horrific massacre in the Al-Sudaniyah area, north of Gaza City, where IOF forces opened fire on thousands of starving civilians awaiting aid. The number of martyrs from this single event climbed throughout the day to over 80, with the total for the day exceeding 145. In the south, IOF strikes targeted the Applied College in Khan Younis, resulting at least 7 martyrs including a civil defense member, while massive demolition operations flattened homes in Beit Hanoun. The day also saw the IOF issue new evacuation orders for southern Deir al-Balah, before the ground invasion.
Monday, July 21st: The IOF launched its ground invasion into southern Deir Al-Balah, unleashing airstrikes and shelling that demolished residential squares, mosques, and trapped families under rubble. In Rafah, an IOF special forces operation assassinated journalist Tamer Al-Zaanin and abducted Dr. Marwan Al-Hams, director of Abu Yousef Al-Najjar Hospital. The targeting of the displaced continued with a late-night massacre in the tents of Al-Shati camp, killing over a dozen, mostly women and children.
Tuesday, July 22nd: The Ministry of Health announced 15 famine-related deaths in 24 hours and the complete collapse of kidney services at Al-Shifa Hospital. The IOF continued its massacres, annihilating the Al-Shaer family, including an unborn fetus, in a strike on their Tal al-Hawa apartment. For the second day, IOF strikes targeted tents of the displaced in Al-Shati camp, killing another 11, while the brutal campaign against aid seekers resulted in at least 15 more martyrs.

Unprecedented Number of Acute Flaccid Paralysis Cases Recorded
The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announces the recording of 45 cases of acute flaccid paralysis during June and July 2025, an unprecedented increase for such cases.
With the lack of diagnostic capabilities, these cases could be polio cases or Guillain-Barré syndrome cases.
This increase is due to the catastrophic environmental and health conditions experienced by the residents of the Gaza Strip, including: water pollution, collapse of sanitation services, accumulation of waste, and spread of infectious diseases, in addition to malnutrition and weakened immunity.
Urgent Humanitarian Appeal:

What the oppressed Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip are subjected to, from the American-"israeli" aggression and excessive savagery, genocide, starvation, and killing, has exceeded all human and moral standards.
The global silence constitutes a condemnation of regimes and officials, and paralyzes what is called international law. It is not enough for twenty-five countries to call for a halt to the war against Gaza; this talk does not absolve them of their testimony to what is happening, nor does the support given by some major countries since the beginning of the aggression. Positions and condemnations do not absolve those who issue them; what is required is for positions to turn into actual measures that stop these massacres and crimes, by imposing sanctions on the "israeli" entity, isolating it, prosecuting it, and stopping all forms of dealing with it.
The greatest responsibility lies with the Arab and Islamic countries, rulers, and peoples. Choose the positions you desire, within the limits that suit you, but do not stand by as spectators. Stop normalization, close enemy embassies, prevent trade exchange, gather to support Palestine and Gaza, even with the minimum life necessities, for when America sees you united and speaking with one voice with the Palestinian people, it will yield and retreat.
History will record this shame on the leaders of humanity and their systems in a time of hateful starvation and mass killing of the starved, and the injustice of America and "israel" will reach those who remain silent about supporting the oppressed. And know: "Indeed, the wrongdoers will not succeed," and what "israel" exaggerates in savagery and arrogance will be the cause of its terrible downfall, God willing.

We condemn the deliberate killing of journalist Tamer Al-Za'anin while he was performing his journalistic work in the Al-Mawasi area, south of the Gaza Strip.
Preliminary testimonies confirmed that Al-Za'anin was killed by direct bullets fired by a special "israeli" force in an area that "israel" classifies as a "humanitarian zone".
This crime comes in the context of a recurring pattern of systematic targeting of Palestinian journalists.
Al-Za'anin is the 229th Palestinian journalist to be killed since the start of the "israeli" war on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, in one of the worst disasters faced by press freedom in modern times.

American Security Confession Exposes "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation": Clear Violations, Firing on Palestinians, and Racist Behavior Threatening Civilian Lives
We condemn in the strongest terms the shocking confessions made to the media by a former American security element who worked in the (death traps) so-called "American-"israeli" aid distribution centers" in the Gaza Strip, in which he revealed the criminal and racist behavior practiced by the so-called "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation - GHF" against starving Palestinian civilians, from mistreatment and exposing residents to direct danger, up to the admission of firing on them by American security elements inside those centers.
These statements represent conclusive testimony to the criminal and inhumane nature of that organization, which hides under the guise of relief work, while actually playing a security and military role in areas of forced displacement, and is subject to clear intelligence and security agendas.
