He Denied It for Years. The Diary Says He Bragged About It. Fauci Pushed, Prodded, and Demanded the Lockdowns — and Wrote That He Was the One Who Made Them Happen.
22 million jobs lost. 200,000 small businesses shuttered. 55 million children kept out of school. Fauci told Congress he didn't advocate for any of it. His private diary says he was proud he achieved it — specifically bragging about his role in locking down major states like California. He lied to Congress. He's been pardoned for it. But the diary is not protected by any pardon. And the conclusion from the full record is now clear: two crimes — fraudulent concealment of COVID's origins, and mass negligent homicide through the suppression of early treatment.

President Biden's Preemptive Pardon of Fauci
Beginning of pardon period precisely coincides with NIH review of Ralph Baric and Peter Daszak's proposal for NIH grant “Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence” by John Leake
The documentary evidence is overwhelming that Anthony Fauci:
-Knew that Daszak, Baric, et al. were conducting GoF research with their colleagues at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (a Chinese biosecurity lab connected with the Chinese military).
-Knew that Baric et al. were creating SARS coronavirus variants capable of infecting and causing pathogenesis in humans.
-Knew that the NIH continued to fund (and therefore to endorse) the research of Baric et al. even after the federal pause on GoF in October 2014.
-Knew that Moderna patented the genetic sequence of the SARS-CoV-2 furin cleavage site in 2016.
-Knew that his own NIAID began collaborating with Moderna in 2016 to develop an mRNA vaccine against coronaviruses.
-NIAID Collaboration with ModernaPrior to the COVID-19 pandemic, scientists at NIAID’s Vaccine Research Center and the biotechnology company Moderna had collaborated for four years on mRNA vaccines for other emerging infectious diseases.
-Knew (documented in his private email correspondence with eminent virologists in February 2020) that the genome SARS-CoV-2 displayed clear features of lab manipulation.
-Fraudulently concealed that SARS-CoV-2 was produced in a lab by directing the publication of The proximal origin of SARS-CoV-2, authored by the same virologists who had just told him in private that the virus appeared to have come from a lab.
All the above is clear documentary evidence that Anthony Fauci was a leading conspirator in perpetrating a massive crime against humanity, fraudulently concealing it, suppressing early treatment for it, and promoting the dangerous, experimental mRNA vaccine that NIAID (of which he was the director) developed with Moderna. The preemptive pardon must be overturned.

Another Fauci Fumble for the day.
Fauci’s attorney, David Schertler, repeatedly interrupted the hearing after being warned that he was not authorized to speak. Chairman Rand Paul eventually ordered him removed from the room, telling him: “You are not recognized.” Schertler argued that Fauci was entitled to consult with counsel, while Paul maintained that the attorney could advise him privately but could not disrupt committee proceedings.
The hearing had barely begun, and already Fauci’s lawyer was being escorted out. When the witness won’t answer and the attorney won’t stop interrupting, what exactly are they so desperate to prevent the public from hearing?

His own diary entry — November 2021: "I'm well aware many people who are vaccinated are still getting infected. That worried me a lot." August 2022: he got the CDC to quietly acknowledge the shots provided only modest protection. The public mandate was still in full force. Nurses fired. Soldiers discharged. Hospital workers pushed out. And in 2023, Fauci co-authored a paper admitting COVID vaccines were deficient because the virus attacks the nasal cavity — not the bloodstream where the shot was delivered. He knew. He mandated anyway. That is not a public health failure. That is a choice.
