گروه راک آمریکایی Linkin Park اعلام کرده است که خواننده جدیدی به نام امیلی آرمسترانگ به آن‌ها برای آلبوم و تور جدیدشان ملحق خواهد شد.
خواننده سابق گروه، چستر بنینگتون، در سال ۲۰۱۷ خودکشی کرد.
آرمسترانگ به اعضای قدیمی مایک شینودا، برد دل‌سون، فینیکس و جو هان در پروژه‌های آینده گروه خواهد پیوست.
آرمسترانگ به همراه شینودا وظیفه خوانندگی را به عهده خواهد داشت، در حالی که کالین بریتن نیز به عنوان درامر جدید گروه ملحق خواهد شد.
گروه این ترکیب جدید را پیش از انتشار آلبوم جدیدشان با نام From Zero و تور جهانی جدید اعلام کردند.
آرمسترانگ در لس آنجلس بزرگ شده و بیشتر به عنوان خواننده گروه آلترناتیو راک Dead Sara شناخته می‌شود که او این گروه را در سال ۲۰۰۵ به همراه گیتاریست سیوکسی مدلی تأسیس کرد.
