Usually the one don't learn numpy/pandas/matplotlib separately.

They are not very applicable w/o each other
Numpy - for heavy calculations
pandas - for analysis
mpt - for representation
If you are doing any of ML tasks
You need all three

But you can delay learning of sklearn/torch/tensorflow
They are useful too, but they aren't that fundamental

I Already Understand the code

I made a Opencv code in 10 minutes that opens the webcam and detects any humans and draws a red square around them

Using Github, Stack overflow, and AI

I Saw the Code and Ran it and than Analyzed the Code to See what each part is

So basically you just need to Understand the Code which I Already Do

And a lot of the times, Devs Don't solo everything, sometimes they get help from GitHub or Stack overflow or AI

But still understand the code

So why is this problem for me?
I have used it with different numbers from different countries or tested it in different groups
they all take very long time to translate
and this problem started 3 days ago, i.e. before 3 days ago this problem did not exist.

Than learn some other libraries

Than go finally learn DL and ML

I'm not "the one", I'm all in all three

Numpy - for heavy calculations

And I'm doing all of them, why? I also know some json and CSV and Excel stuff and I love math and need it and also so I need all three

But why I'm delaying the DL and ML is I have to learn the first libs

My goal is to know and understand 3+ programming languages, it not gonna be hard, but in my python goal, it to understand and write, is all the popular library like 5+, I mean, it is a library after all, not a new programming language, and yes, I will start learning ML And DL after the pandas and numpy and other librarys things

I've already mastered the plain python itself
The only thing remaining that separates me from a pro is librarys, and all the other don't give up stuff is already here for me, I Never really give up and always do something

And I Already Know the Python Language Without the Library's, so I'm not a Complete Beginner here

And also if Someone wanted to "learn something", than that means they just want to basically solo it, but learn just means understanding, like Now that I saw and understood that opencv code, it like I learned the library a bit, and I know Classes, functions, the basics, and all the important stuff and even some numpy and math library, and I also made my own library too which shows that I'm not in the beginner stage and mostly intermediate/medium stage

You dont really need to "learn to use the library"
You are not worth by knowing many libraries, but understanding what they do - and once you understand at a deeper level what those libraries do in background - then library is just that - a collection of code which you can pick up rather quickly as you know how it works from the inside.

Web applications all do the same thing. Parse request, calculate something, transform something and returns a response
Same goes for any other part of programming.


Once you know how it works internally, no language (and especially not a library) is going to be a much of the challenge
