Subject: This crypto casino is unwilling to pay around 100k$ total. Neverlasting excuses to delay the payments, putting the victim in a never ending spiral.
Details: KP has won just about 100k$ on this crypto-casino, right after she was told the risk team needed up to 72 hours to verify her bets. Three days later her account was put in "withdrawal only - mode", and was told she will be able to withdraw her funds without any problem.. However after few days, her withdrawal was still "processing".
At this crypto-casino, $100k worth of crypto has been held from withdrawals with the first hold as explained by co-founder Tarun being an in house compliance review for a 72hr term period to investigate for hacking to glitches and resulting in the account placed in withdrawal only-mode while granting "access to funds" led to ignored withdrawal requests.
After the 72hr period, Tarun said another investigation, now by a 3rd party that he couldn't disclose to her, for another 72hr term period to investigate for hacking to glitches determines her ability or inability to withdraw.
Since then, she received little to no communication from JackpotBet.
Her withdrawal has not been released, and this case is remains unsolved.
The site's owner (Tarun) keep telling her, he has no specifics about what is going on, which is very, very strange, since it's his casino. That doesn't make sense, at all.
The other owner (Andy) said that the 3rd party compliance was already on Day 1, and they claimed their withdrawal only email is automated but sent days after the incident. adding to their lack of formal process, indecisiveness and non-transparency of the necessary review process which points to them just treading water wasting time and leading to further cause for concern .
All she want is to get her winnings, nothing more or less.
Theres a website called "cryptolists.com", where people can find JackpotBet as a CLOSED! casino, and if its true, that is very concerning why the website is still running and accepting deposits and let people play. However, their operating license is still active and valid. "The above Casino or Sportsbook is Licensed by the Offshore Finance Authority of The State of Anjouan".
We advise everybody to NOT play on this website.
