HERE WE GO🔥: FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino have declassified an August 2020 intelligence report, turned over to Congress, alleging a Chinese Communist Party (CCP) plot to interfere in the 2020 presidential election. The report, from the FBI’s Albany Field Office, claims China used TikTok data to create fraudulent U.S. driver’s licenses, enabling ineligible voters to cast tens of thousands of mail-in ballots for Joe Biden.
Titled “Chinese Government Production and Export of Fraudulent US Driver’s Licenses to Chinese Sympathizers in the United States, in Order to Create Tens of Thousands of Fraudulent Mail-in Votes for US Presidential Candidate Joe Biden,” the report states, “China had collected private US user data from millions of TikTok accounts, to include name, ID and address,” to produce authentic-looking licenses. Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley prompted the report’s discovery through whistleblower information.
FBI headquarters recalled the report, instructing agencies to “destroy all copies” to “re-interview the source,” around the time former Director Christopher Wray testified on September 24, 2020

BREAKING🚨: Sean "Diddy" Combs' prosecutors indicated they are not pursuing several charges against the rapper just days before closing arguments are set to begin in the sex trafficking and racketeering trial.
The government indicated in a letter to the judge filed Tuesday, and obtained by Fox News Digital, that the theories of attempted kidnapping, attempted arson and aiding and abetting sex trafficking will not be pursued.
"The Government understands the Court’s desire for streamlined instructions. With that in mind, the Government has suggested ways to streamline those instructions," the letter read.
