Interesting press release from Judicial Watch - apparently in court filings, the DOJ says they're still reviewing the Epstein documents for release.
I venture the guess that the Trump Admin is giving seeming contradictory statements and 'delaying' the release not for evil agendas, but because we may be dealing with ongoing investigations or operations involving the Epstein/Maxwell network.
Granted, I still think that "DOJ memo" from the other day was a Deep State op to put the Trump Admin into a tough narrative spot re: Epstein.

🔥The nation's spy court has quietly approved a Justice Department request to review information tied to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants that targeted former Trump campaign associate Carter Page as FBI Director Kash Patel seeks to hand over more Russiagate evidence to Congress.
At the behest of President Donald Trump, Patel already declassified a host of documents tied to the bureau's deeply flawed and politically-motivated Trump-Russia inquiry known as "Crossfire Hurricane" back in April.
The DOJ’s filings with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court show that the FBI is looking to hand over further information about the Crossfire Hurricane scandal following information requests from the GOP-led House and Senate Judiciary Committees.
Early last month, the DOJ told the FISA court that it needed to review a host of documents containing info tied to the FISA warrant against Carter Page, and on June 17 the secretive spy court signed off on this request.
The Justice Department filed its request with the FISA court on June 6, and the filing was made public on the FISA Court docket on Monday.

Jeffrey Epstein had more than 1,000 victims over more than two decades as a sex trafficker, according to federal investigators – far more than prosecutors alleged in his 2019 indictment and how many women have come forward with civil lawsuits combined.
In a two-page memo published last week, the Justice Department and FBI said a review of the case found Epstein had "no incriminating 'client list,'" that no additional files connected to the investigation could be released and that his death was indeed a suicide, as prior federal investigations found.
"Consistent with prior disclosures, this review confirmed that Epstein harmed over one thousand victims," the memo reads. "Each suffered unique trauma. Sensitive information relating to these victims is intertwined throughout the materials. This includes specific details such as victim names and likenesses, physical descriptions, places of birth, associates, and employment history."
A victims' compensation fund set up for Epstein's accusers – some as young as 14 years old at the time of their abuse – paid out more than $120 million to 150 people as of August 2021, according to FOX Business.
Details about the hundreds of additional victims remain unclear. The FBI declined to comment.

Take a step back for a minute on Epstein and think about how a government coverup works.
The news hits, there is a short period of intense coverage, then… silence. Things disappear from people’s top of mind when the news cycle moves on to the next thing.
I take none of this current Epstein stuff at face value.
Trump made it a campaign promise.
Bondi talked about the list and truckloads of evidence.
They revealed that there are 10,000 videos.
Kash said they were hiring volunteers to watch the videos but it was hard to find people with strong enough stomachs.
They did the ridiculous influencer notebook thing.
There is simply no way they kept shoving this in everyone’s face and then walked away. That just isn’t how it’s done.
If they were going to shut it down they would have never offered up what they did. They would have just ignored it and hoped people forgot about it.
I continue to believe the point of this recent abrupt public dumpster fire was to gin up interest. Take something away and people insist on getting it back. There is now a near constant call on both the left and the right for answers. Trump is risking what he seems to value most; trust and credibility.
Epstein isn’t over. I don’t know how it will be brought back around, but if this is a coverup it’s the most ham-fisted, stoopid and ill devised coverup in history.

When SCOTUS ruled that Federal judges cannot impose nationwide injunctions, it left the door open for judges to try to stop Trump via class action. Predictably, a federal judge has barred the Trump administration from enforcing the executive order limiting birthright citizenship.
U.S. District Judge Joseph Laplante in Concord, New Hampshire, made the ruling after immigrant rights advocates implored him to grant class action status in a lawsuit they filed seeking to represent babies whose citizenship status would be threatened by the EO.
Now, SCOTUS has an opportunity to define the parameters of class action.

EPA created these new online resources to communicate everything the agency knows about the latest science, research and other information regarding contrails and geoengineering. EPA is committed to total transparency with the American public on these topics.
“Americans have legitimate questions about contrails and geoengineering, and they deserve straight answers,” said EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin. "We’re publishing everything EPA knows about these topics on these websites.”
EPA’s new online resource on condensation trails, or “contrails,” explains the science behind the aerial phenomenon and addresses myths and misconceptions that have persisted for decades. The new webpage also addresses head-on various claims that these occurrences are actually an intentional release of dangerous chemicals or biological agents at high altitudes for a variety of nefarious purposes, including population control, mind control, or attempts to geoengineer Earth or modify the weather.
EPA also created a new online resource focused specifically on solar geoengineering activities, which involve cooling the Earth by reflecting sunlight back to space, usually through injecting gases, like sulfur dioxide, into the upper atmosphere where they form reflective particles.

The Department of Justice is still reviewing the Jeffrey Epstein-related records for possible release, according to a new joint court filing submitted by Judicial Watch and the DOJ.
The announcement comes just after a leaked internal memo from the DOJ and FBI said there would be no further public disclosures about Epstein.
Judicial Watch revealed the July 7 filing, stating that the DOJ and FBI are continuing to search for and evaluate records tied to Epstein, including materials that could reveal the identities of his clients or associates. The update is in direct contradiction to the unsigned and undated memo that was disclosed on July 6 which declared that “no further disclosure would be appropriate or warranted.”
Judicial Watch filed its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit in April 2025 after the DOJ failed to respond to three separate FOIA requests made in February.
