While thatβs big in and of itself, according to multiple sources who spoke with Breitbart News in the wake of Ratcliffeβs release of this report, there was perhaps an even more significant revelation contained inside: Potential smoking-gun evidence that Brennan may have perjured himself during closed-door testimony before Congress on this matter.
On page 5 of the newly released review, career CIA officers admit that the Steele Dossier was included in the 2016 ICA by Brennan, and that he did it over the objections of career intelligence officials.

DOOCY: The FBI looked at the circumstances surrounding the death of Jeffrey Epstein. According to the report, this systematic review revealed no incriminating client list. So, what happened to the Epstein client list that the Attorney General said she had on her desk?
LEAVITT: Well, I think if you go back and look at what the Attorney General said in that interview, which was on your network, Fox News, I dropped a quote. John Roberts said, "DOJ may be releasing the list of Jeffrey Epstein's clients. Will that really happen?" And she said, "It's sitting on my desk right now to review." Yes, she was referring to the entirety of all the paperwork, all the paper in relation to Jeffrey Epstein's crimes. That's what the Attorney General was referring to, and I'll let her speak for that. But again, when it comes to the FBI and the Department of Justice, they are more than committed to ensuring that bad people are put behind bars. They have an operation going on right now called Summer Heat, which has our murder rate trending in the lowest direction in United States history. Their emphasis on violent crime and locking up violent criminals has led to the arrest of 14,000 violent criminals. That's a 62% increase from the same time period last year. So, this Attorney General and the FBI Director are committed to putting bad people behind bars where they belong. They promised an exhaustive review. That's what they did. CNN: Former Russian Transport Minister Roman Starovoit died by suicide on Monday, just hours after Russian President Vladimir Putin fired him from the job, officials said.
Starovoit was dismissed by Putin on Monday morning. The decree announcing his dismissal was published on the official Kremlin website, with his deputy Andrey Nikitin appointed acting minister.
Asked by reporters for the reasons behind Starovoitβs dismissal, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov denied this was due to a βlack of trust,β but he did not give any alternative reason.
The Investigative Committee of Russia said in a statement that Starovoitβs body was found inside a car with a gunshot wound. It said the circumstances of his death were being investigated but that the βmain theory is suicide.β

AXIOSπ¨: President Trump's Justice Department and FBI have concluded they have no evidence that convicted sex offender and disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein blackmailed powerful figures, kept a "client list" or was murdered, according to a memo detailing the findings obtained by Axios.
The administration is releasing a video β in both raw and "enhanced" versions β that it says indicates no one entered the area of the Manhattan prison where Epstein was held the night he died in 2019.
The video supports a medical examiner's finding that Epstein committed suicide, the two-page memo claims.
According to the memo, investigators closely examined footage of Epstein's Manhattan prison cell between around 10:40 pm on Aug. 9, 2019, when Epstein was locked in his cell, and around 6:30 am the next day, when he was found unresponsive.
The footage, which was reviewed by Axios but couldn't be verified independently, showed no one entering the area, the administration said. "The FBI enhanced the relevant footage by increasing its contrast, balancing the color, and improving its sharpness for greater clarity and viewability," the memo says.
Investigators found "no incriminating 'client list' " of Epstein's, "no credible evidence ... that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals," and no "evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties," the memo adds.
